New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Housing on a natural plot

Stay in the countryside in our 140 m² wooden house. The house has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, which can be combined into a double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, which can be used as needed. Feel free to enjoy our large garden of 15,500 m² with many cozy nooks and a fireplace. We have 15 hens and a rooster that contribute to the rural atmosphere. The house is on one level and has a large, bright living room and a country kitchen. We live in a former cottage on the property.

There is a marina and fishing port, a charming tavern and a grill bar. Local Brewery with courtyard and several other eateries. The nature on Reersø is completely unique, and you can take a walk along the cliff or visit the beautiful and peaceful beach. If you fish, the peninsula is known for its unique trout waters. The home has a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely view.

Underfloor heating throughout the apartment. Kitchenette with service, fridge (not freezer), microwave, air fryer and electric kettle. Parking right outside the door. Small garden table with two chairs between planters and afternoon and evening sun. The house is located on the main street of Sorø in a 40 km/h zone

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Cozy cottage located in a peaceful area. 3 rooms. Room for 6 people. Kitchen and living room in one, and a nice bathroom with shower. On the terrace there are sun loungers and a barbecue. The property has its own small lake/water hole with lots of wildlife, including frogs, birds and deer. In dry summer, the water level is very low. There are bicycles for free use. The house is 500 meters from a lovely beach. During the summer period, week 25 to week 32, the booking is a minimum of 3 days.
