Our 200-year-old house is located off the beaten track, in a beautiful, quiet, and little-known mountainous area. It is a place to rest and relax, including in the garden and on the terrace, where no one will disturb you. This is a place with character and soul, where you can feel right at home. It's also an excellent base for exploring the mysterious Jizera Mountains, the spectacular Jizerskohorské bučiny (beech forests), and for going on hiking (trekking, cross-country skiing) or bike tours (e.g., the Singltrek pod Smrkem trail). There are also mountain lakes with beautiful beaches in the area.

The cottage is a newly renovated cottage in the middle of meadows and forests above Krásná Lípa. On the ground floor of the house, you will have an entrance room with seating, equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom and hallway. On the 1st floor, there are 2 bedrooms (1st bedroom for 2 people, 2nd bedroom for up to 4 people), and a bathroom. In the attic of the house, the 3rd bedroom for up to 4 people. There is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, a panoramic sauna with a cooling barrel and a heated barrel, two seating areas, a grill, a grassy playground, a pond, parking for up to 3 cars.

Our cozy summer house is good for couples, families with one child & four-legged friends. The property is located near the B99 federal highway. The garden is separated from the road by a noise barrier, although this does not prevent a slight noise level. There are 3 bikes for beautiful bike tours to Lake Berzdorf or in the Neisse Valley, as well as a grill/fireplace in the garden, in front of which you can end the day with a nice glass of wine

Vacation with family and friends With much love, the original condition of the listed Umgebinde house from 1825 was restored. The two-story house can accommodate up to 11 people. In the old block parlor is the fully equipped kitchen and the cozy room with tiled stove. In addition, there is a large room for approx. 30 people. The natural garden with orchard can be used for barbecuing and relaxing. A ping pong table is available.

The house is located on Giebułtowa Hill, from where there is a spectacular view of Mirsk, Świeradów-Zdrój, and, on clear days, Śnieżka. The property has two separate rooms on a mezzanine, a half bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen, and a neat goat to warm up on colder days. We offer a wood-burning sauna and a focal area (paid extra). There is peace and quiet ad libitum.
