The house is located on Giebułtowa Hill, from where there is a spectacular view of Mirsk, Świeradów-Zdrój, and, on clear days, Śnieżka. The property has two separate rooms on a mezzanine, a half bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen, and a neat goat to warm up on colder days.
