The house is situated in a peaceful area just 70 meters from the sea. It’s a 5-minute walk from the nearest pebble beaches (Stari Porat, Šćit) and 10 minutes to the famous Punta Rata beach. The entire seaside promenade & our street are flat, while the surrounding area is more varied, with hilly paths, streets, and many stairs.

Apartment is placed on high ground, in a peaceful part of Stomarica Street. You can walk to the beach, which is 150 meters away or 5 minutes of walk. On the one side of the house you have the beautiful view on the sea, and on the other side you can see Biokovo Mountain.
