Vacation rentals in Gornji Zvečaj

This was a perfect property with all of the amenities we could ask for to enjoy our week in Croatia! Host was great! Will 100% be returning to this property on our next trip to the area!

There were four of us in this beautiful house. Since the house is a semi-detached house, each couple had one house available. Each semi-detached house has seperate entrance. On the ground floor there is a separate toilet (with washing machine), storage room, kitchen & couch. Upstairs are two beautiful bedrooms and a newly furnished bathroom. In general, everything was very clean and very nice and lovingly decorated. The house has been equipped with all kinds of utensils, such as. Coffee tabs, laundry tabs, toiletries ... totally great!! We use the grill corner almost daily, just a dream! Even charcoal was available! In the vicinity (2 min by bike, which is also part of the house), there is a small supermarket, a bakery as well as three restaurants. The neighborhood is very, very quiet. In front of the house is a small public stretch of beach. However, there are definitely much nicer beaches on Krk, this is not so great. Could be at the nearby harbor or the healing mud of Soline, I don't know for sure. Nevertheless, we have spent wonderful days in this house.

Great experience, clean apartment with everything you need. Maybe a little small, but beautifully furnished and absolutely matching what I needed. Nice location for Basta, close to the center, just far enough to be quiet in the Night. The apartment is quiet small but very well equipped, clean and tidy.

We (family of 4) had a wonderful stay at House Paola. The accommodation is a small cottage, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The living & dining room is large enough for a relaxing TV evening and for eating in bad weather. In the kitchen there is everything necessary. The air conditioning upstairs near the bedrooms was really worth gold at up to 37 degrees in August. The pool, which is exclusive to the property, also offered a wonderful cooling and was also very well maintained. Vedrana is very nice and always helpful. Our kids no longer wanted to separate themselves from Vedrana's lovely dogs. The location is very quiet and you can enjoy the warm summer evenings on the terrace. You can drive to the beach about 10 minutes by car, which was completely fine for us, as we preferred the tranquility in Vinodol to the overcrowded beach resorts.

We liked the stay in the apartment very much. The location is perfect ( 3 min to the beach ), with beautiful views of Vrbnik and the sea. We found the apartment clean and spotless as described. Also the roof terrace with sea view was a big plus. Unfortunately, we couldn't open the windows at night because the cars passing by were partly noisy. Our host Marija was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. We also especially loved the flexible check-in and Marija accessibility. We would love to come again and wish you all the best.

We had a fantastic time at this place! The house is beautifully decorated, clean and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. We especially liked the balcony with beautiful views. The location is ideal – quiet yet close to many beautiful excursion destinations and restaurants. The hostess was extremely friendly and helpful. From uncomplicated communication to quick responses to questions to great tips for the area – there was nothing missing. We felt very comfortable here and will definitely be back. Many thanks for this great experience!

great apartment,all amenities, pool fantastic,only 5 min walk to the beach. The host is kind, responsive and helpful.Sala and especially the city Baška very beautiful, terraced, worth going there and enjoying. There is a carport with sun protection in front of the apartment.
