We have a beautiful well planned spacious ground floor studio Flat.We converted our stables to provide a lovely living space with separate bathroom and kitchen, low ceilings giving cosy feel. This is situated in Farm surroundings with horses in the field. There are plenty of country walks and close to a number of beaches within the Gower. Beaches to name a few Mumbles, Rhossili LLangennith, Oxwich, Porteynon, Three Cliffs .We are situated on the welsh coastal path and the national cycle route.

Nearby attractions are Pembrey Country Park, Llanelli Wetland Centre, Kidwelly Castle & The Mumbles on the Gower Peninsula, which is an area of outstanding natural beauty. Trostre Retail Park is close by hosting many high street shops & restaurants.

Character barn with slate floors and oak beams. 3 bedrooms 2 en-suite shower and a family bathroom. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge so the barn will sleep 8, a single guest bed can be added to the twin/ or a travel cot. Lounge, kitchen & dining area are open plan providing one large family space. Small private garden with table &chairs.

Waterfront Suite in our Townhouse

Your space is on the ground floor of our sea-front home in Mumbles, offering uninterrupted views of Swansea Bay. From the suite, you can see Mumbles Lifeboat Station to the right and Oystermouth Castle to the left. The suite features a king-size bed, corner sofa (also a sofa bed), full size fridge, table and chairs, a work desk, storage, shower room, 50” TV, and WiFi. Trampoline at the back. Please note, no cooking facilities are provided but we do have bowls, plates, glasses etc.
