Hidden in a wild garden, this unique garden cottage is located near the historic centre of Deventer. Sustainably built with recycled materials and attractively decorated. Ideal for two people, with a sofa bed for a third person. The garden shed has its own entrance, has a lot of privacy and there is room for two bicycles. You can cross the IJssel by ferry via the oldest city park in the Netherlands and find yourself in the middle of the lively city centre. Or walk around the corner into the floodplains.

This half of a farm (85 m2), located in nature, has a beautiful view over the countryside. The apartment is completely private with its own entrance and parking space and is furnished with a spacious sitting area and a luxury kitchen. The entire house has floor heating. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and induction cooktop. There is a beautiful bathroom with a second toilet. The bedroom contains a box spring. In the private shed, electricity is available for the bicycle.

If you want to relax and decide for yourself what you do, then you have come to the right place! We have a fully independent vacation cottage (45 m2) next to our house where you can enjoy yourself. The cottage has its own entrance and is equipped with its own complete kitchen, bathroom and a separate bedroom. Our vacation home is located in Gietelo near Voorst. From here, it is beautiful for hiking and biking or visiting Zutphen, Deventer or Apeldoorn.

Beautiful, brand new studio right in the center of Gorssel. Located next to a park, and yet very quiet. Fully furnished, including a kitchenette, bathroom, a king-size bed and a sitting area. The studio has its own covered terrace overlooking the park. Only a few minutes walk/bike from the floodplains, the heath, the forest, the shops, Museum More and restaurants. Possibly 2 Johnny Loco bikes available. €7.50 per bike per day.
