Luxurious water house (100m2) with a large garden offering lots of privacy. On open waters. Shed for bicycles. Parking for 2 cars and space on the side of the houseboat for a boat with a maximum height of 1.7m. use of 4 x1 pers and 1 x 4 pers canoes in consultation. towel packages can be ordered for a fee. The houseboat is quietly located and is therefore not rented out to young people or for student, drinking and bachelor parties. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the houseboat.

Sleeping with the sheep & a whole herd of horses.

Waking up with a view of the dining room, a herd of horses living in freedom, two pigs making their beds in front of the window every evening, and sometimes a sheep walking by... Closer to the pure things in life. That's why there's no Wi-Fi and no TV. There is, however, a large table for playing games together and a lovely couch for enjoying a glass of wine together. The cycling distance (2 bicycles and a tandem available) to the city centre is less than 10 minutes. On the west side, there is a terrace of about 16 m2 with furniture where you can enjoy the last rays of the sun until late in the evening. The location is situated on open water, where you can fish and swim in summer and use the canoe.

Hidden in the Leeuwarden district of Huizum, lies the former kindergarten "Boartlik Begjin". At the end of the Ludolf Bakhuizenstraat, lies this special quiet place, within walking distance of the city center and the train station. A nice base to go into the city, shop or visit one of the museums. And also to discover the rest of Friesland. The room is also suitable as a home office (WiFi available).

This former transformer house has stood against the beautiful Frisian village of Wirdum for more than 100 years. It has been converted into a beautiful tractor hut with great care and attention. You could also call it a tiny house, because despite the small space, it has almost every comfort. In the village, you will find a café/restaurant and a small supermarket with bread from the warm baker.
