Kom heerlijk tot rust, hangend in de tweepersoons hangmat onder de veranda en/of geniet van het prachtige uitzicht vanuit je jacuzzi!

This design apartment on the Maas quay is unique because of its location and design. Everything shows that it was renovated under the supervision of an interior architect. The 4 meter high ceilings and the enormous surface of 350m2 make this house feel very spacious. Located in the center and historic district Delfshaven, there are many attractions within walking distance. Because the metro and tram stops are close to the house, the rest of Rotterdam is also quickly and easily accessible.

The Apartment is on 2 floors, with each having a balcony and a toilet. About 12 minutes walk to Rotterdam Centraal and 3 minutes walk to the tram. There are several supermarkets, drugstores, bakeries, restaurants, a night shop and pharmacy, all around the corner. Please note, it is on the third floor with no lift and steep stairs.
