Also available are kitchen scales, grater, salad spinner, garlic press. The sofa can be converted into a comfortable sleeping area (160 × 200). A large flat-screen TV is also available. Wir vermieten die modern ausgestattete 84m² Dachgeschosswohnung mit 4 Zimmern und 5 Schlafmöglichkeiten (+ 1 Kinderbett) in unserem Haus am Stadtrand der Hansestadt Rostock. Krummendorf ist ein kleines und schön gelegenes Dorf und gehört zur Stadt. Direkt hinter dem Haus beginnen die Oldendorfer Tannen (ein kleines Waldstück) und direkt anschließend die Warnow. Die Stadtmitte und Warnemünde sind schnell zu erreichen. PKW Stellplatz und Grillmöglichkeit (Zelt) sind vorhanden.

In the evening you can sit comfortably by the fire or read a book on the comfortable couch with a glass of wine. From Groß Markow you can explore the surroundings by bike or by car. The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

Beach, restaurant and shopping are within walking distance. The apartment has a kitchen, a well-kept bathroom and an entire living & sleeping room. There are 2 + 1 sleeping facilities available. Consisting of a double bed and a pull out couch for max. 1 toddler. We also provide a travel cot on request.

Hello dear guests, our apartment is located in the souterrain of our home. We bought the house in mid-2018 and renovated it according to our ideas. The apartment is newly renovated and furnished accordingly. For us, the Baltic Sea was our second home for a long time and has become our new home. You are most welcome to find your second home in our apartment. In the bedroom there is room for two and a cot also finds its place.

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.

Our exclusive holiday apartment Wellenfunkeln is the ideal place for your Baltic Sea dream holiday. It has a light-filled modern and stylishly furnished penthouse apartment with 2 balconies and a direct view of the lake. The 72m² apartment, completed in 2019, is located on the 2nd floor/attic in the newly built apartment villa "Strandperle" with a total of 7 residential units and is only about 200m from the beach.

Relaxed parking right outside the door. 15 minutes by car to Warnemünde beach, 5 minutes' walk to the supermarket and bus, 10 minutes' walk to the stadium or indoor swimming pool.
