The baroque manor house Dölitz from 1660 is located at the eastern edge of the Mecklenburg Parkland. In the middle of the village with park and wild Haussee it is one of the oldest facilities in Mecklenburg. It has been renovated, inhabited and managed by us since 2016. Our guest apartment on the 1st floor offers two double rooms for 4 people (an additional two-bed room can be booked). In the kitchen-living room with dining area, a wood-burning stove provides coziness. The apartment has a shower room.

It's a few minutes' walk to Darßer Wald, and about fifteen minutes' walk to the beach or the center of Prerow. Ideal starting point for trips to the West Beach.

The 47 m² apartment 4 - Dune view awaits you for a wonderful holiday on Mecklenburg's coast. The newly built holiday apartment in 2023 has a 12 m² living room, large open kitchen-living room, bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The 15m² terrace and the quiet location, the apartment, which is ideally suited for the holiday of up to three people, owes its nickname: "Dune view".

Kägsdorf beach 1

House with garden, beach approx. 1400m - walk 15 min or cycle 4 min. 8 km wild beach without resort tax between Kühlungsborn (3km) and Rerik (5km). Kägsdorf is a dreamy village between fields and forest. There are bicycles and a cart for kids available. Bookings July and August one week minimum!
