The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Lake Chiemsee can be reached in 5 minutes by car and the mountains are 15 minutes away. Great bike tours can be started directly from the house. Beautiful walks directly from the front door. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

The newly renovated apartment "Thea" (60m²) is located in a quiet side street in Chieming am Chiemsee. Various shops, cafes and of course Lake Chiemsee are within walking distance. The living room has a cozy couch that can be converted into a sofa bed (1.55 m x 2.05 m). From there you can access the semi-shaded terrace. There is also a dining area in the fully equipped kitchen. In the bedroom there is a large double bed and a closet.
