Le Relais de La Poterie - Renovated stone house

The Gîte "Le Relais de La Poterie" is a stone house dating back to the 17th century. The accommodation was renovated in 2019 and can accommodate 2 to 8 guests maximum. In summer (July and August), we welcome a minimum of 4 guests. We don't accept guests on their own. The gîte has free parking for 4 cars in front as well as a terrace and a lawn of 1200 m² located at the back, pleasant for meeting with family or friends. The gite is fenced.

Farmhouse adjoining our home, in a quiet hamlet in the countryside, 1 km from the Rennes – Brest axis, 4 km from Guingamp city center, 30 minutes from the beaches. The accommodation includes: - on the ground floor: a 30 m2 living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, shower room; - upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double beds 140 and 160, a library area with desk. The beds are made on arrival. We provide towels and tea towels.

The apartment is located right in the heart of downtown Guingamp. It is on the 2nd floor of a beautiful Guingamp building opposite the Basilica. It consists of a living room with an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom, and a shower room. When you arrive, the bed will be made, and you will have two towels per person available. All amenities are downstairs in the building. There are parking lots nearby where you can park.
