Direct access to GR34, close to the Île de Bréhat, Château de la Roche Jagu, Sillon de Talbert, Golf de Boisgelin.

Stone house completely renovated with quality materials. Small sunny outdoor area, furnished with a terrace (dining area, sunbathing and garden furniture) and a Jacuzzi! All amenities (harbor, shops, cafes and restaurants, train station and bus) are within walking distance. Private parking. This house is not suitable for partying. This is a townhouse and the neighborhood must be respected.
