Guesthouse vacation rentals in Grad Zadar

We booked this house for one night before our departure as close to Zadar airport. The house is spacious, clean and located close to a port and beach. It has only one air conditioning, not enough for the whole house, it is cool in the living room kitchen, hot in the bedrooms. The house is also close to a soccer stadium and carnival (mid-July anyway) and our night was extremely noisy, hard to find sleep.

We were warmly welcomed by our hostess with a drink. During our stay, we were enjoyed every morning with a nice breakfast where there was a variety every day. Also the two evenings that were cooked for us we enjoyed a delicious and abundant meal. The location is stunning, beautiful pool with fantastic views. Through a stone road you will be by the sea in two minutes where you can swim, snorkel in peace and quiet. In the area beautiful excursions possible such as several islands, plitvice lakes, nature park Packlenica,... Only downside is that you are quite far away from shops, a nice restaurant... Big advantage is the tranquility you get in the place.

Very lovingly and modernly furnished and very clean apartment with large terrace and everything you need (we were on the second floor of the red house). The apartment is about 500 metres from the beach. A shopping area is a few minutes' walk away. I would especially like to highlight the extraordinarily friendly and helpful hosts. Thank you for the great time!

Stayed for 4 nights with our children. We felt like home and we enjoyed our holiday in Zadar. Parking space in the courtyard, restaurant nearby, barbecue grill, washing machine, limoncelo in the fridge. We couldn't have asked for more.

Very nice and quiet apartment. Corresponds to the description and images. We enjoyed the outdoor shower and the terrace very much. Very friendly hosts. Communication in Croatian or English possible.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The room was clean and smelled good. The pool is very beautiful and clean. The surrounding landscape and scenery is wonderful. The area is not very touristic and crowded, so it's very private and authentic there. Snjezana and her family were very friendly and helpful hosts.

Nice apartment that had what we needed! Lovely balcony with morning sun and patio with evening sun. Parking right outside and very quiet and quiet area. We would be glad to come back!

The place was flawless, the host was nice, but unfortunately we didn't like the campsite, it's crowded mobilehomes and campers, the beach was dirty, it had to walk or drive to another one.. almost no activities for children and youth

We had a great time in Adam's apartment. Adam and his grandparents were extremely friendly and helpful. Adam always responded to messages and tried to accommodate our needs - he arranged a high chair for our toddler and gave us a ride from the ferry dock by showing the neighborhood. The apartment itself was very clean and well equipped. The view from the terrace is beautiful and the property is located in a quiet area. It takes a few minutes to get to the beach, and the biggest store in the area is nearby. Highly recommend.
