Vacation rentals with a sauna in Grad Zadar

A very successful vacation! We were happy to be guests and felt very comfortable right away. Everything is clean and the apartment as well as pool and sauna are highly recommended. There is also plenty to discover outside. We highly recommend a stay.

This place is absolutely stunning!! We were a bit nervous because of the pictures being computer generated, but it literally looks like that and even better in person. The unit is brand new (hence the plan pictures) I believe it’s the only occupied unit in that building. The location is super quiet, there is a beach literally in front of it! You can also walk along the coast line almost through the entire town. The rooftop is AMAZING! We swam in the pool and used the hot tub. There is a small store walking distance for any necessities. We didn’t really enjoy any of the restaurants near by, however, there is plenty good restaurants within a 15 minute drive. And lastly, the host is wonderful. She met us at the unit and explained everything to us. Very friendly and hospitable.

The accommodation is centrally located in Old Town and has all amenities as described.

We stayed at LaVida Penthouse for two nights and it was amazing! The Penthouse is new and the interior is very modern. The terrace is unique, the view is breath taking and is even much bigger the it seemed on photos. We enjoyed the jacuzzi on the terrace and the sauna inside. The bedroom we used was very comfortable had an en suite bathroom and a wonderful sea view but there are more bedrooms which are also wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet with just a few houses around. Location is great if you plan to explore Zadar county because it's close to the Highway (13km), to Zadar, Nin, island Pag. We're definitely satisfied with our choice and will recommend it to our family & friends we are looking forward to come back for an longer stay. Thank you Martina!

Great place to stay in beautiful surroundings, really a few meters from the beach. In front of the house there is a private clean pool with sun loungers and a barbecue area. Nikola and his daughter Kristina are very nice, Kristina speaks English. Nikola also lent us free bikes during our stay so we can move around the island without a car. I recommend!

Very nice place, nice view from the roof top jacuzzi and sauna are very nice. A bit far from town center but taxi to go there is only 4€. If I come back to zadar it will definitely be my first choice !

Our stay at Marc's went very well. The address on the site is poorly referenced but Marc was very responsive and picked us up to show us the way. Marc took the necessary steps to our expectations - including speaking out in French (quality). He's a responsive host. The only downside of the stay: mosquitoes...

The apartment is not big for 4 persons, but it is cozy and you have everything you need. Located in 30 min walk to the beach. We didn't meet Marijana in person, but communication over the phone was very friendly and we received all the information very quickly.

Everything great - great house with very good amenities. Josipa was very accessible & very friendly. Also Marina, everything is great!

hands down one if the nicest villas ive ever stayed in more than everything you need is there 5 minutes to the beach marin was quick on the response if there was anything i needed highly recommend and would 100 percent stay here again 10/10

What a wonderful stay in Zadar!! The villa is stunning with a beautiful pool and outside area and 6 rooms, 5 with en suite bathrooms! We had such a lovely time and the hosts were very helpful and kind. It’s around 25 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes into Zadar and 10 minutes from Nin. Throughly recommend especially if you can get a car!

... is the best host we could have ever imagined. She is adorable and really does everything to make your stay memorable. If you had a problem, she was available at all times and always tried to find a solution. Villa Quercus is fantastic. All buildings are lovingly and tastefully furnished. The entire complex is huge, very well maintained and contains all the means of comfort down to the smallest detail. Boredom does not occur in this complex whether pool (is cleaned daily), jacuzzi, soccer goals, foosball, darts, billiards, barbecue, sound systems, etc. There is really everything your heart desires. Thank you... for this wonderful stay and the great hospitality! We would book again anytime.

The stay with Daniela and Valentin was wonderful. They are very courteous, helpful and extremely caring and professional. The place was at least as beautiful as the photos. The cleanliness and amenities more than met expectations. The whole property is very well equipped and processed. The pool has been cleaned and also the outdoor area meets a very good standard. If you had any questions or concerns, Valentin was always available immediately and was always able to respond directly. The location of the property is optimal, walking 10/15 min. to the sea and the restaurants. All around only green and quiet. From the balcony you can even see the sea. There are enough localities on site to have variety in a week. We will be happy to come back at any time and can only recommend Villa Pollux. Thank you for the great time with you.
