During the renovation, we paid attention to details that emphasise the Istrian stone construction. The house is located in a countryside, in a peaceful and pleasant environment. There's a spacious terrace in front of her. It has a large lobby, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining room with a kitchen, and a smaller room with a TV which can also be used as a bedroom. In the kitchen is a stove, refrigerator with freezer, and a microwave. Free wifi is available. There is a washer in the bathroom as well as an iron. There's a big yard in front of the house with free parking.

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.
