New and modern cottage with large wooden terrace located in a quiet area near Gilleleje town, only 900 m from the beach. The house has a size of 100 m2 and has 4 beautiful bedrooms with 4 double beds, respectively, with space for a total of 8 people. (Possibly 10 people in the case of families with smaller children). There is also a travel bed with extra mattress, for the very small children. There are 8 duvets and 8 pillows, 1 baby duvet and pillow, but you must bring your own bed linen, towels and dishcloths. The house has 2 nice bathrooms with shower, closet space and hair dryer. The house's gathering point is the approx. 35 m2 spacious kitchen/living room with a beautiful functional kitchen with kitchen island and dining area as well as cozy sofa area with large comfortable sofa and TV (the TV is with Chromecast, i.e. there is no TV subscription or the like for the house). Here there is a guarantee for relaxation, coziness and good company. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, powered by an economical geothermal heating system. The house's fantastic floor plan makes the home an obvious gathering point for 2 families who want a wonderful vacation together. Outdoors, you will find a large, lovely wooden terrace, which runs all the way around the house (approx. 120 m2). The terrace is partially covered with garden furniture and patio heaters, inviting you to enjoy good times throughout the holiday. Here you will also find an outdoor shower ready to cool you off in the summer heat or rinse off after a fresh dip at the beach. For the childish souls, there is also a trampoline, a swing and a small playhouse in the garden. From the house, it is only 3 km to Gilleleje town, which offers a rich commercial life with many exciting shops, cozy cafes, a cinema and good restaurants.

In JULY and AUGUST, the minimum rental is for 6 nights! Lovely year-round use annex, 32 sqm, with double bed, suitable for 2 prs. The annex is beautifully located in the 2nd row from the sea, with lovely demarcated private garden. We have 2 minutes to beautiful views of Kullen, the harbour and the coast, as well as a 7-minute walk to the beach with a bridge, and thus a great opportunity for a morning dip! Follow the Fyrstien towards old Gilleleje, or in the opposite direction towards Nakkehoved Lighthouse, from where there is a breathtaking view.

A classic black wooden cottage in the first row to the ocean. It was precisely the sunset from the kitchen and from the large wooden terrace that made us fall completely in love. We love the long, bright summer evenings, where you are just bathed in the golden light from the sea. The house is bright and modernly decorated with personality and soul. Cozy annex rented for weekend/holiday stays. The annex is located in the middle of Helsingør, close to Kronborg and within walking distance of the station. The annex of 50 m2 in floor plan contains 2 lofts with double mattresses, living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. Access to the loft via a ladder. Ideal for 4 people, but there are 6 beds.
