Outdoors, the house offers a large terrace with a private wilderness hot tub, sauna and outdoor shower. Indoors, there is a cinema, pool table and table tennis - perfect for both relaxation and fun. The house has 4 bedrooms with space for 8, as well as a lovely annex with space for 4. The house is located in a scenic area with only a 2-minute walk to the beach and the jetty. Great covered patio with heating element, gas grill and heating fireplace. Glass elements as wind protection and a sauna for the cold days. Lots of garden furniture. Large garden, quiet location and only a 7-minute walk to the beach with a bathing jetty. Fully automatic coffee machine :-) and bed linen and towels included. Good Wi-Fi and TV with apps.

This luxury summer house from 2004 (125 m2) in the popular but quiet seaside resort of Rågeleje is located peacefully on a large site (1.900 m2) with panorama view to nature. Lots of birds can be seen from the house. The beach of Rågeleje and Vejby Strand is less than 2 km away and so is the famous nature reserve Heather Hill. The house is fully equipped, well insulated and heated and has a large terrace facing south. Ideal for two families with children or groups of four-five couples.

Please note - no smoking applies to all inside and outside areas. You have cows and horses as closest neighbors. The apartment is small, but with room for 4 overnight guests. The pool is not heated in the winter, but the apartment is rented at a reduced rate from 01. October to April 30th. Pool can be used cold when purchasing sauna. 150,/day The spa is heated all year round and use is included in the price. From May 1st to September 30th, the pool is heated and can be used by guests
