Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.

Die Schlafzimmer sind ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett bzw. zwei Einzelbetten und laden aufgrund der dezenten Holzoptik zum entspannen ein. Für die fünfte Person bieten wir ein bequemes Schlafsofa an.\nAuf der überdachten Terrasse mit Waldblick könnt ihr abends den Sonnenuntergang genießen.

The newly renovated house is located in Gräfenberg, the gateway to Franconian Switzerland, about 25 km from the Nuremberg metropolitan region. Perfect to reach by car or train. The house offers 4 bedrooms (three upstairs, one in the basement), a large living room with dining area, bathroom, kitchen and a conservatory and terrace with fantastic views! Bicycles can be safely stored in the lockable shed. Bed linen, towels and shower towels are provided, hairdryer is available.

The apartment is ideally located between Franconian Switzerland (a popular climbing and hiking area), Erlangen (university, Siemens) and Nuremberg (trade fair, Christmas market). The garden invites you for breakfast, barbecue and relaxation, the direct surroundings for extensive hikes and bike tours.

Wir vermieten eine möblierte 70qm Ferienwohnung im Herzen der idyllischen Fränkischen Schweiz. Die Ferienwohnung mit ihren 5 Zimmern steht dem Gast komplett alleine zur Verfügung! Wir bewohnen einen früher aktiv bewirtschafteten Bauernhof. Heute wohnen mit uns nur noch 3 bretonische Zwergschafe und 4 Hühner auf dem Hof. Die Zentrale Lager zu fast allen Sehenswürdigkeite in der Gegend bietet viele Vorteile für Gäste. Nürnberg liegt rund 35 Minuten Fahrt entfernt.

The self-contained apartment is located on the 3rd floor within our residential building. It is totally renovated and 53m². Next to the bed in the bedroom is a sofa in the living room. It is a good starting point for extensive hikes, climbing tours and excursions. Some of them start right outside the front door. CAR parking spaces are in the immediate vicinity. For bicycles, there are storage facilities in the entrance of the house (indoors).
