Townhome vacation rentals in Gran Alacant

We spotted this place online in an area we wanted to explore. During the booking process and check in Hilmar was fantastic.He gave clear and helpful advice and offered a shuttle service(for a small fee) from the airport (which we accepted) we arrived at Alicante and after a few messages were picked up and taken to La Mata to the accommodation. The accommodation is beautiful and just what we needed...there is a communal pool on site and shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The beach is a picturesque walk through woodland and across a boardwalk (10-15 mins) The whole stay and travel process was amazing but I must point out Hilmar is the best host I have ever encountered... Dont hesitate to book this place it's just fantastic. Thanks Hilmar &Katherina

Stayed with my family for a week. We got a really fresh and beautiful place with the best welcome! very clear instructions and helpful! i had questions about restaurants, places to visit and things to do and thanks to Paul we never ran out of ideas! An amazing host! I will definitely come back!

The place was even better than the photos! It was really homely 😊 Good location in relation to most things, if you have a car it is not far away to the sea, other cities and sights.

This is a fantastic property in an excellent location. The house was furnished to a very high standard, very clean and it is very close to many bars, shops and restaurants but the community itself is very quiet and secure. Veronika was a great host, very helpful and responsive to any queries we had. I’d highly recommend staying here.

We stayed for a week and we had a great time, the house as the description , it has everything you need. The area is very quiet , and close to the beach and all the amenities. Some sticks the mattress is super uncomfortable and would put air conditioning or a couple more fans, otherwise great!!! We will definitely repeat it!! Thank you very much!!!

Aurelio was extremely helpful and responsive to all our needs. We were very grateful for the late checkout, given that we were unsure whether our flight home would actually happen. Cozy is the perfect description for this apartment, the bed is extremely comfortable, the bathroom has a lovely shower and the kitchen area, although small is well equipped.Lovely for a couples getaway.

This property exceeded our expectations, everything was perfect and it was clear to see that they have put a lot of thought into making the property a really comfortable place to stay. The covered outside area provided a nice choice of shade or sun and was a very pleasant place to eat. We also enjoyed using the gas barbecue. The pool is a good size and the screening makes it a nice private area. The location is very peaceful but within easy access of several supermarkets and restaurants and public transport. Thank you Benko for an enjoyable stay, we will definitely return.

Amazing! We will be back for sure! I was 5 days with my children (2 and 3 years), my husband and my in-laws in the house, and everything phenomenal. The house is the same as in the description, spacious, close to the beach (first line) and has all the amenities you need. The communication with the owner was very good from the start and the people who opened the house to us the same. Anything we needed were always available to help us. A lot of success, we will certainly come back!

This trip was our 4th time to Antonios villa and it was as great as previous visits.

Lovely stay, house was lovely, loved the outside space. Nice pool and very close to the sea. We loved El Campello town, about a 25 minute walk away, buzzing area with great selection of restaurants. The tram stop is a 5 minute walk with trams to Alicante and Benidorm. Alicante is a lovely city and would love to spend some more time there. As for the house, well equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms and great views of the sea. We were allowed to check in early which was amazing and there is plenty of car parking spaces. The neighbours who I think all live in the complex were all very friendly. Would recommend the house and the area and would certainly consider going back. Thank you Jeroen and Manon.

We felt super comfortable. Everything we needed was there. We had an issue with the water heater and Pascual took care of it right away. Super! All in all, we were very satisfied and thank Pascual very much for the hospitality and welcome gift in the fridge.💐 Highly recommended, we would love to come back.

We really liked the house and its quiet surroundings. It has two places in the underground garage, ideal for having the fresh car. The pool we had next to it was always without people and we were able to enjoy it more. The beach is made of stones and has no agglomerations. The only thing to note is that the house has little utensils, we miss glasses, knives that will cut and the shelves of the fridge door for more storage space.

Antonio and Paqui was very helpful and responsive. Helped drive us to the airport when our Uber failed to show up. The housing was great. Clean and spacious with a nice rooftop area. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect: great place, quiet, comfy, swimming pool just opposite the house, and the beach 10 min by car. Reachable host, who spoke Valencian language to us ☀️! My children found some toys in the house to play with! All appliances were working perfectly and we found everything clean and tidy. Just one suggestion, please include a step stool to be able to reach the top shelves in the kitchen, and for children to reach the washbasin. If we are able to, we will definitely try to return 😊.

The cleanest AirBNB we've stayed in. Bathrooms were spotless. Tastefully decorated, everything worked, no need to contact the host to repair anything. No clutter. Can't stress enough the cleanliness of the house. Clara was a great communicator, responsive and friendly. If we go back to Alicante, we'll be checking availability of this listing first.

We had a lovely stay at Davinia's house. It was so useful to have all the equipment we needed for our baby (cot, high chair and bath and baby bouncer) as not many places have this. It also had a well equipped kitchen with kettle, toaster etc.. Davinia was a great host and always replied quickly. We thought we had broken one of the blinds but she explained the steps to fix it and it worked. (don't pull them up too high or it gets stuck!!). The area is very peaceful and only 5 minutes from the beach and Carribiners tram stop. Lots of nice cafes nearby (restaurants too but we did not use them). We would love to stay again!
