It has 2 double bedrooms and also a sofa bed, the kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, induction stove and kitchenware. It has a Smart TV.

Both houses are completely independent and have their own entrances and services, with parking and the pool being the only shared areas. Therefore, privacy is guaranteed.
