very nice modern, spacious apartment of 130 m2 with private terrace of 30 m2. located in a small quiet residence, it has a large swimming pool and it will not take you more than 2 minutes walk to discover a splendid beach with crystal clear waters, very little frequented. the apartment is also close to all amenities, between 5 and 8 minutes walk. it has a secure private car park. a housekeeper spends 2 times a week to maintain the premises.
