Whether you’re hiking, biking, climbing, rafting or exploring all the amazing wonders of Moab, this townhome will be your basecamp as your home away from home to relax and enjoy the beautiful views and sunsets that Moab has to offer. Only 5 miles from downtown Moab, 11 miles away from Arches National Park and 36 miles from Canyonlands National Park, you’re close enough to two of The Mighty Five National Parks in Utah, yet far enough away from all the hustle and bustle of downtown Moab. For the price of a hotel room, you can spend your time away in a fully furnished townhome that is stocked with everything you may need to feel right at home while enjoying Moab’s Red Rock Country. This unit has two Master Bedrooms, each with ensuite baths. Enjoy BBQing off the back patio with views of the Moab Rim. You can sit and relax on the two patios equipped with tables and chairs, with views of the La Sal Mountains and Moab’s beautiful red cliff right outside your backdoor. Amenities include a community pool, hot tub, playground, and tennis/basketball court for your enjoyment.  We have TWO assigned parking spots right in front of our Townhome. There also is ample on-street parking for additional trailers, jeeps and RZR’s. We have secure bicycle storage and racks at the entrance of the townhome. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, dishware, cookware and small appliances. Antibacterial gel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has toilet paper, hotel size shampoo, body bar soap and hand soap in the bathrooms. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided) All bed linens, shower towels, washcloths and pool towels are provided. There is a Keurig and regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee or K cup of your choice! HOT TUB & POOL Hot tub will close for the season on Sunday Jan. 3rd, 2022 Hot tub is closed Jan. 3rd - Feb. 17th 2022 HOT TUB Schedule: Feb. 18th - April 7th: ~1pm-9pm. April 8th  -Sunday Oct. 23rd 10am-9pm Oct. 24th - Jan. 2, 2023- 1pm-9pm 2022 POOL Schedule: Opening Date: Friday Aril 8th Last Day Pool is Open: Sunday Oct. 23rd Pool Hours: 10am-9pm daily when open Pool is open weather permitting. Early season (Late March/early April) pool may not open IF weather is too cold. EX: IF high temps for the day are not expected to be above 65 degrees. Pool & Hot tub can be closed due to in-climate weather. Please advise friends/family/renters to shower before entering pool/hot tub. People getting in without showering first makes water dirtier/grimy and requires more use of chemicals.

Our place offers amazing views right from the front room couch. One window showcases the Moab Rim and the other, the LaSal mountains. There is so much to do in Moab. Mountain biking trails, two national parks, hiking, four-wheeling, white water rafting, and unforgettable scenery everywhere. After an invigorating hike or mountain bike ride, a trip to the hot tub and pool will be a refreshing end to the day. We have equipped our home with everything necessary to make your stay comfortable.

Arches Retreat: Best Location! No stairs! Pool

Our spacious townhome is single level with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's in a great location in a quiet neighborhood just two blocks from the center of downtown. It comfortably sleeps six adults and up to eight with a sleeper sofa. We have fast fiber internet. The condo is throughly cleaned by a professional cleaner before your stay. This house is owner managed. We do not accept animals or pets. There is a $300 nightly fee for animals. Entrances are monitored by security cameras.

Family and pet friendly condo by Moab golf course

Less than 10 minutes from downtown Moab shopping and restaurants; nestled against the breathtaking slickrock by the golf course. Our property features a living room, fully stocked kitchen, dining area and bathroom downstairs. Washer and dryer for our guest's comfort. Upstairs features 2 bedrooms and second bathroom plus loft with futon, games, TV, toys and books for our little visitors. We have one car garage and patio with grill. Pool is shared with rest of the guests in our small complex.

This comfortable, well-maintained, beautifully decorated 3BR/2BA townhouse alongside the Moab Golf Course, is a home away from home in the perfect location just 4 miles south of town on the EAST side of the valley, ten minutes from Center and Main St. We have a splendid patio with morning sun and afternoon shade. Castillo is an 18 unit project that was very well laid out with lawn, trees, one of the nicer pools with fewer people to share it, and close to the nature you come here to see.
