Monthly Rentals in Grand Rapids

Hard to build on perfect, so suffice it to say.... I NEEDED THIS PERFECT TIME AWAY FROM HOME @ THE FLAT!!!! My friend & I thoroughly enjoyed our two days immensely!!! Appreciate you Paul & Sharon. This is a really a nice gem. I'll be back when in area and in need of a getaway!!!

What a wonderful stay! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The house is beautifully decorated with such care and attention to detail—every corner felt thoughtfully curated. The open layout was filled with the perfect amount of sunlight, making each day feel bright and peaceful. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept so well. But the highlight? The sweeping views of the sunset from the back patio—absolutely breathtaking and something we’ll always remember. There was even Stargazing in the backyard! The host created such a welcoming space. This will now be our go-to destination every time we return to my childhood hometown. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Great stay at Dana's place. I don't usually go for airbnbs that are on the same property as the owner, but this felt private enough that I was unbothered. It's impressive what they've done with the space, well decorated and cozy. I would definitely stay here again so long as the off-season price is cheaper than what I paid (this was over Xmas), otherwise there are airbnbs in the same price range that are closer to where I'd want to be (e.g. Maumee).

Nice historic style home. The area is pretty nice, with a couple of options to eat within walking distance. The home worked for our needs. A note to people who have bigger trucks or SUV's like we did, the driveway is a little tight, and there is not on-street parking as this is a major road in front of the home. This is not a deal breaker, but just an item of note. I do have to say the owners are great, they are very responsive, answer any questions and adjust for us as needed. I appreciate your help.
