This house is a small, but warm and comfy. Bonus, free private parking. Is located in north part of Edinburgh with easy access to the airport (by Lothian bus number 17 ) and around 25 -30 min by bus from city centre. The local area is green and quiet. Facilities as superstores (Morrison, Lidl, Take away food...) only 5-10 min walk. A short walk to park and Silverknowes beach where you can have a nice walk, running or cycling to Island Cramond. . Suitable for couples or singles.

Conveniently located within scenic walking routes to the city centre and local attractions such as Inverleigh Park, Royal Botanic Garden. Fettes college is practically next door convenient if you are a parent visiting from abroad. There are bus stops just outside the development. The flat is maintained to an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness and comfort with quality furnishings, linen and soaps. Spacious and comfortable. It comes with private underground parking for one car.
