Monthly Rentals in Granville

We needed an overnight stay in the Morgantown area. Sam's place was a great find. Things were clean and comfortable. The check in and check out the process was smooth. It was close to everything we checked out while there. No complaints and would stay there again.

I work as a travel tech and this was my second time staying at Ray's. Just like the first time, the apartment was very clean and stocked well. Easy walk to downtown Morgantown and very close to both major hospitals. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again if I ever get another travel contract in Morgantown, WV. Thank you! Ron

A new favorite place to stay in one if my favorite places to visit!

This place is amazing! We were in town to visit our daughter at WVU and stayed here two nights. There were four of us on the trip and we loved so many things about this place: The kitchen, TV room, and dining area were terrific for the four of us. The dining table is huge. The kitchen has a bunch of pots, pans, utensils, etc for cooking. And the TV room has nice big comfy couches. The location is also amazing – a really terrific neighborhood that’s very close to WVU (4 minutes to get to our daughter’s piano recital). It was super quiet our entire stay. The streets are narrow so parking on the street isn’t really an option. The driveway easily fits two cars and when another family stopped by, we squeezed three cars without any sticking out onto the road. The three bedrooms have really comfortable beds and the rooms themselves were all quiet and comfortable. We will definitely book again!
