Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and toilet. Air heat pump! Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent a wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Here the whole family can enjoy swimming at their own beach, have access to their own jetty, rowboat and canoe. Free fishing is available in our lake Lillsjön. The cottage is beautifully situated close to the forest where mushrooms and berries are available for picking. Proximity to the Klarälven river where you can rent a canoe for a trip on the Klarälven river. Close to Selma Lagerlöf's Mårbacka, Rottneros Park, Sommarland in Sunne. In the cottage, there is an information binder that tells you about the activities and attractions that are nearby.

Spacious holiday home with lake property. Completed in 2017 with a bright and open plan with all possible amenities. There is access to a boat and a lovely swimming jetty. Lake perfect for fishing! Charcoal grill is available to borrow for barbecue evenings that you can spend on a lovely deck with lake view. The house has a larger bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed with a larger bed at the bottom. In the loft, there is a regular bed as well as a comfortable mattress on the floor. AC is available for hot days.

FredrikLars farm by Nordmarksbergs Herrgård

FredrikLars-gården adjacent to Nordmarksbergs Herrgård: 19th century or older. In this farm, the great inventor John Ericsson's grandfather Nils (b. 1747 – 1790) has lived. On a rock in the grounds of the farm, there should be a curtain with the name of Nils. Picture of this stone can be found in Värmlandsarkiv's photo archive on a picture from 1955 (photo Lennart Thelander, pictures SEVA_11229_36 and SEVA_11230-1), but has not been found in the present day. It's probably hidden by mortar that's been covered over the rocks.

3 bedrooms available in a sunny family home nestled in a small suburb only a 5-minute drive from Karlstad centre. There are buses to town centre readily available. It is also an easy 25-minute walk or a 10-minute cycle along the banks of the river Klarälven. The house is set in a quiet neighborhood close to the river. You will not share the house with other guests but I stay in the basement during your stay. I have a nice outside cat and a friendly dog who also stays with me in the basement.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lakeside retreat. Enjoy a secluded stay with very few neighbors that are out of sight. The cabin sits 10 meters from the lake shore with a private dock. The lake is large and there is a row boat for guest usage. The cabin has one full bedroom and one spacious sleeping loft with two beds and additional storage space. It also has one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a fireplace and access to a porch with a fantastic view.

This completely renovated bungalow is located in a quiet residential area in Hagfors and has all the comforts with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. There is a new kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating, good central heating and the house is well insulated. The house is quite centrally located in Hagfors (about 5 minutes drive from the city center) and is also close to beautiful hiking area and about 10 minutes drive from beautiful seaside resorts. There is a large fenced backyard.

The house is located on the east side of the lake, 6 km from Sunne center, opposite Rottneros Park, Sunne golf course and Västanå Theater. Two cats are in the yard that will gladly keep you company if you want to stroll around the garden.
