Great stay, great location, everything actually as described. I would be happy to recommend Ruben as a host as well as his apartment. The direct beach location is super convenient, shopping is within walking distance, so you don't actually need a car on site. There is also an underground parking space (the driveway is a bit narrow, but this was also already communicated or known in the description) is also available and is more certainly very useful in the high season. Great location! Easy access to the beach, parking and spacious.

Our second stay in this apartment in Xabia, so knew what to expect. it was equally an great experience, this year great location walking distance to the arenal beach, bars and restaurants. check in was easy, with a flexible checkin as we arrived on an early flight.

Very well located apartment with an amazing view and a great pool, both for children and adults. In addition, the social club restaurant provides a menu and dishes with very good value for money, served by a very friendly and professional staff. We had a great time and Federico was always very responsive and efficient while remaining very discreet. We look forward to returning.

Beautiful and large apartment. Nice location with direct access to the beach. Beautiful park with swimming pool, meadow and children's playground. Apartment with TV via antenna, therefore FireTV stick or the like with VPN for Germans recommended. We will be happy to come back.

Pat and her husband were very helpful with our arrangement both with the arrival and leaving. They also helped us with our bulky luggage and with secure and convenient cycle storage .. perfect for a small group cycling holiday. Thanks

Better than at home 🥰 The apartment is even better than what is shown in the photos. It is fully equipped with everything you need, the beds are very comfortable and everything is clean and new. Maria is attentive to everything that may arise and her recommendations are very helpful. The apartment is located in a beautiful and quiet development with a fantastic pool and you go out and you are on an amazing beach, clean, perfect and safe to go with small children. It also has a private and closed garage, so you can leave things from the beach or whatever you need there and you can access it by elevator to the door of the apartment. In short, if you want a stay of 10, don't hesitate, we will certainly repeat.

An excellent stay! The apartment in El Vergel exceeded our expectations: clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped for family travel. We went with our dog and a baby, and everything was designed to make us feel right at home. The area is peaceful, ideal for resting, and very close to the beach. The host was very attentive and kind at all times, always willing to help. We definitely recommend it and hope to be back soon.

Everything was fine. The owners were very friendly, they were waiting for us to arrive despite the fact that we got lost (the direction and Google Maps were not well understood), and very helpful at all times. 5 minutes if you arrive from the beach. Highly recommended

Salvador's accommodation is fantastic... the perfect house, as in the photos, has all the comforts and everything is very modern ... the environment, very easy to move by car to the towns and cities nearby, although with the exit to the sea there will be those who do not want to move from there... a great family experience...

Super cool design, beautiful views of the sea. Loved the stone throughout the house. Wish it was warm when we were there as the pool looked beautiful. Great host, would return!

The place is absolutely beautiful, the terrace is fantastic, you don’t want to leave! Inside of the house is beautiful as well, but you find yourself spending all the time on the terrace, the views are so special. Lovely space with everything you need for a super comfortable stay. Very responsive host, made us feel very comfortable. We would love to come back.

A very cozy stay, you cross the street and there is the beach. Next door to a supermarket. The quiet and very welcoming urba, the pool, the garden were phenomenal. The house is just for 4 , I'll need everything. We don't get any heat as there are fans and an air conditioner. By car 5 minutes from downtown and the port. All great

We had a very nice time in Marina's flat. The terrace is very large and you have views of the beach, which is 10 seconds walking, which is perfect, because you have chairs, umbrella, towels... very kindly borrowed. In the apartment, the WiFi is quality, there are many amenities and cleaning products. The area is very quiet and easily accessible. There are also very good restaurants that you can walk to. Coscktail perfect for vacation. We are very grateful for Marina.

Second year in Claudio's apartment and delighted!!! We found everything the same or better, very good area, unbeatable pool, beach nearby and clean apartment with everything you need and with Mady as always super helpful and charming, we'll keep seeing each other!!

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Lots of of bars, restaurants and shops. Only 1 minute to the beach. Patrica was a very good host, communicated everything and there were no surprises. I would definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in Altea! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is excellent — close to everything, yet peaceful enough to relax and enjoy. I truly had a fantastic time and would definitely request to stay again. Highly recommend!

The three of us booked Rosa's place in mid-September and were happy. From the balcony you could see the sea, in the morning with a beautiful sunrise. Salud welcomed us warmly, and always provided advice with questions. The place was clean, you felt right at home. Downstairs there was a pool that could be used and the sea was right outside the front door. Fridge, oven, microwave. There was everything your heart desired. The only problem was the connection to the nearest train station. Buses only ran until 6/7 PM. Taxi companies either did not answer calls or hung up on us. Next time, we'll definitely rent a car. Salud was so friendly and took us to the train station on the day of departure and also showed us the area. Big thanks to Salud!!🥲 P.S. At Taver Taxi Company, Umberto speaks German and English. We walked into the apartment and we just felt like we had won the lottery. Xesca is such a lovely and caring person. She is always reachable and gets back to you immediately. The huge balcony facing the ocean is wonderful. We had our daily morning coffee there and watched the sunrise. In the evening we enjoyed having our dinner there always having a great view to the ocean. The second balcony facing the street is very comfortable too. The apartment is very clean and very well maintained, furnished with lots of love to details. The kitchen is fully equipped. We couldn’t ask for more. The bathrooms have a really good size so that you don’t feel squeezed in – and each of them has a window. The apartment has a washing machine which helps to reduce your travel luggage to a minimum. The apartment has also a parking lot which was very much appreciated since we arrived by car. You walk out of the building and you are already at the promenade. What an amazing stay!
