Very nice house close perfect to enjoy with family. We had a problem with the water heater that made us leave earlier that thought but Carlo was very helpful and send someone immediately to fix it. Totally recommend it

An excellent stay! The apartment in El Vergel exceeded our expectations: clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped for family travel. We went with our dog and a baby, and everything was designed to make us feel right at home. The area is peaceful, ideal for resting, and very close to the beach. The host was very attentive and kind at all times, always willing to help. We definitely recommend it and hope to be back soon.

We had a great time in this nice, tastefully decorated house. It is very well located, offering a view of the sea on one side and the mountain on the other. The pool is very beautiful and the large master suite very comfortable. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the calm.

We were very pleased with the location and accommodation. the only slight criticism would be the showers could do with an update.

We stayed here for 5 days and the whole family loved it!The room was spotlessly clean and fully furnished, especially the kitchen was very well equipped!Because we are from China and the Chinese people have a lot of enthusiasm for cooking, so we enjoyed the kitchen a lot.Very kind and responsive host!We were really very satisfied!

Great stay, lovely place and easy to get into town. Lots of outdoor space. Easy parking. Would advise bringing your own beach/pool towels as only 2 towels provided. Thanks so much for a great trip!

The house far exceeded our expectations, plenty of space for all the guests, stunning surroundings and great walks in the area recommend by Ana. Ana was very friendly and super responsive, once coming to help us change the gas for the stove within fifteen minutes. An amazing stay, cannot recommend it highly enough. (A car/taxi is needed to arrive at the house)

After a small delay and in the rain and dark we arrived at a paradise place in Javea on April 22, 2025. A lovely house, nicely decorated, a beautiful outdoor space and wonderful beds. The next morning everything seemed even more beautiful due to the sun but also because of the beautiful location. We enjoyed each other, the house and the beautiful location. We loved it here so much. The most beautifully located building, and just an honour to stay in such an architectural masterpiece on the edge of the ocean. It definitely needs a bit of TLC - but we aren’t fussy and didn’t mind. It’s full of character. Located perfectly, took about 10 mins to get to the beach where we swam every day, 15 mins to shops/bars/restaurants. Just incredible… I missed it the moment we left.

Everything went well the place is a super cool and comfortable penthouse. Keep in mind that there is no elevator and check that the cylinder has gas, as you do not have to climb it by stairs 3 floors. We just got caught in party time with cut streets. The host has been quick to replenish and friendly.

We were Aart's guests in Benimantell for 4 nights, but definitely wanted to stay there for a week. The location is beautiful, the apartment full of comforts and on colder evenings the pallet stove! An apartment in which you can cook extensively, while enjoying the view of the mountains. The apartment with its many stairs is very suitable for people going into the mountains, a nice warm-up for your muscles! Aart is a very helpful and communicative host, who had both a bottle of tasty wine and local olive oil ready.

The apartment is very modern, stylish and comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen and it should be noted that the air conditioning system also reaches the kitchen, important on hot days as it makes cooking easier. It also has a chillout area on the roof, highly recommended. Additionally, there is also a very complete barbecue area, but we did not use it. Also noteworthy is the direct access to the beach as well as the community pool and private parking. The beach has fine sand and was not crowded. In addition, Salva left us 2 beach chairs and umbrellas so we didn't have to bring them from home. Salva was very kind and attentive throughout the stay. Thank you very much for everything!

We stayed as a family, two babies (2 years and 7 months) and a small pet. The accommodation was as described, it was easy to get there, the host was very friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, we slept great, it was very well equipped. It was a bit hot, but with the fan in the master bedroom we were cool, and the air conditioning in the living room/kitchen. They put a crib with everything our baby needed, which is very much appreciated.

We rested from 11 to 18. 4 adults and 2 children. Apartment fully met our expectations. It is well equipped and with beautiful sea views. We were particularly impressed with the terrace. Ana was very kind and always resolved quickly with all our questions. We really appreciate it.

Gorgeous boutique villa. We really enjoyed our stay. The surroundings were peaceful and the villa, gardens and pool were lovely. We hope to return again soon!

stunning views, awesome pool, Oranges everywhere. we stayed in April and the orange blossoms smelled amazing. the house has everything you need and more. 10/10 if you want to spend the weekend with a view and good friends

We had a tremendous stay at Tanya’s. Everything was absolutely immaculate and both the home and the surroundings are pure paradise. Susana, Tanya’s friendly and helpful co-host welcomed us and showed us everything we needed making for a super smooth arrival. Our children rated the place 100 out of 100 and really loved the pool and exploring the incredible tiered back garden. It was very peaceful and tranquil here and we had everything needed for a beautiful break. We wished we could have stayed longer. It felt like pure luxury and is one of the most beautiful places we have stayed in.

A 100% recommended place to stay. Hosts helped us at all times, they respond quickly and are very friendly. Quiet area to disconnect and have a great time with friends or family.

This house is the best choice for your next vacation. It has everything to make you want to just stay a little bit longer…. Or just return another time (I will for sure!) The house is very well equipped and decorated in style. Kitchen has everything you need and more. Beds are fantastic. The outside area amazing with several placed to sit, chill or sunbath. The infinity pool just breathtaking. Also, there is an outside grilling area with kitchen too. The very best is an outside winter garden / patio with the most amazing view overlooking Calpe city.

We spent almost 2 weeks at this beautiful and very located villa. The outdoor kitchen is the star of the show! It's well equipped with anything and everything you could possibly need for outdoor cooking/living. We spent most nights here and in the pool area. This is exactly what we came to Spain for. The area is very convenient. Short 4-5 minute walk down to Cala Advocat, which is a beautiful and quaint bay with a great little xiringuito. Inge is a very responsive and thoughtful host. She was always quick to reply and her communication was very clear. We thought the welcome gift was a lovely and sweet touch! Thank you!
