Large apartment close to the center of Graz, old building

Smart old building apartment in a central old town location with a view of the Schloßberg. The 100 m² apartment scores with generous amenities. We can accommodate a maximum of 5 people with two separate bedrooms. The large living/dining room overlooking the green Murufer is in the center of the apartment. Footpath along the Mur approx. 10 minutes to the city center. Supermarket and bakery on the other side of the Mur. Numerous restaurants, coffee shops along the Mur towards Schloßberg. Cheap parking is close by.

The newly renovated apartment is centrally located in an urban location with numerous local shops right outside the front door. Graz city center is a few minutes' walk away. The apartment is on the 4th floor (including elevator) and is accessible via a quiet courtyard. It consists of two rooms including kitchenette, bathroom, toilet and a balcony with beautiful views of the Graz clock tower. Perfect for families with children (including extra bed, etc.) as well as couples or business travelers.

Peaceful location , very bright , sunny apartment with a view of nature ! Ideal for a guest or for 2 guests with 1 - 2 children . Street parking or by appointment in front of the garage entrance. Highway connection very close . Tram/bus and taxi rank in 2 minutes walking distance with which you can drive within 10 minutes to the center .Supermarket ,restaurant, cinema ,Mc Donalds , pub, pastry shop, children's adventure world, close walking distance, airport and train station 10 minutes.

The special feature of this apartment is its location, vis-à-vis the park, at the level of its treetops, overlooking “Schlossberg”, cathedral and the well known clock tower. Just a few minutes away from the city-center, perfect for two people, very spacey and with full equipment. Especially in summer the large terrace is the absolute highlight. Wir freuen uns euch in unserer frisch renovierten und mit ganz viel Liebe hergerichteten Wohnung im zweiten Stock eines wunderschönen Altbaus am Rande des Grazer Stadtparks willkommen zu heißen.
