My home is situated in a quiet area with ample off road parking. I have a large garden which backs on to a park with plenty of wildlife. The room available is a good sized double which overlooks the garden and has all the amenities you would need for a restful stay. Whether this is for pleasure or business from one night to a few nights. If you don't drive it is on a bus route within a 10 min journey to the city centre.

A park and museum, Aldi and Tesco, large range of cafes, restaurants, cinemas and shops ten minutes walk , swimming pools, ice rink and mainline station only 20 minutes. Anglia Ruskin University is about 25 minutes walk. Street lights are on from 5am to midnight, 1am at weekends.
