“Holly the host was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and extremely helpful. We stayed for one night and it was definitely a “away from it all” experience, could have stayed for longer. Everything we needed was there for us to help us enjoy our stay. The camp was tidy and well organised for us and we felt very safe with a four year old. As expected it was cold at night so extra blankets, hot water bottles, sleep matts are a must. We had a fantastic adventure and will be back soon! Highly recommended!!!”

“6× 5 stars! I always feel like I'm returning home on my repeat visits to the Yellow House. Alasdair is the perfect host. Guests are treated like a transient family where everyone feels welcome and part of something.”
The Vinery is a bright, self-contained studio within beautiful surroundings. Rolling countryside views to Radwinter Church make this a peaceful and restful stay. River and village walks are highly recommended. We welcome dogs; we have two of our own. Close by is the medieval market town of Saffron Walden. Cambridge, Stansted Airport, London and the village pub are all within easy access. Sorry, no smokers.
“We were very impressed with our recent stay within The Vinery. Helen was very friendly & made us feel very welcome at her accommodation. We were offered lots of useful tips including restaurants in Saffron Walden as an alternative to the local pub. As we also enjoy looking around antique & second hand places- a trip to Reeds was also a great recommendation. Saffron Walden has many interesting streets & buildings to discover on foot plus an impressive church in the town centre.”
