The flat was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay

Fantastic place feels more like a house than an apartment. A few minutes walk to the main town shops, bars and restaurants plus a 5 minute walk to the river. Very spacious and ample room for four adults and think it would be fine for 6. If you wanted to cook the kitchen was well equipped and the garden was lovely to sit out. There is free parking up a steep hill so dropping luggage before parking car is a must. Would definitely stay again!

Have stayed lots of times in this apartment and no doubt will return again soon. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Great place to stay for both work and pleasure. Parking right outside the front door. Walking distance of shops and restaurants. Turn left out of the property and you’re on the river. Turn right out the property, cross the road and you’re at the abbey. Perfect.

A lovely place to stay if wanting a short relaxing break. Had everything needed in the flat along with many lovely eating places within walking distance. Plenty of interesting places to visit and walk. Would definitely return.

We had a great stay. The flat was incredible - convenient location, great furnishings, great design. Absolutely loved it. One of the bedrooms had enough room for me to set up the travel cot we brought, and the ground floor location made getting in and out really easy. Parking was great and the instructions for the permit were really easy. Overall, we’d definitely book again!

This was a return visit after 5 years. The place had lost none of its charm. A cosy, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean home from home for a few days. There was a welcome pack of breakfast and tea things and lots of information on places to go and to eat. Even the dog was welcomed with some snacks of her own. There is no wifi- but for me this was a plus! If you are looking for a complete retreat, somewhere cosy to curl up with a good book- this place is perfect. I am planning this to be my annual bolt hole for a great post winter reset. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

We really enjoyed our stay in Justine’s apartment, very comfortable and well equipped. The view was stunning and the Malvern hills are right on the doorstep. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

Unbelievable gem in Newland. Immaculate in every way and no expense has been spared. You would think you’re in a 5* hotel for the price of a Travelodge! Newland is a gem of a village. The local pub is friendly, old and the food is insanely good. Couldn’t wish for a better mini break. Don’t hesitate: book immediately.

A wonderful place. Stylish, super comfortable, spacious, clean. Very well equipped kitchen for cooking meals. Generous and high quality local provisions were a lovely surprise. Beds were really comfortable too. Rebecca and Ian were friendly, helpful and charming. A standout place for our family to stay in. Highly recommended.

I was absolutely swept off my feet when seeing the location: wonderful garden, the lilac is breathtaking, birds singing everywhere and yet so peaceful! The Studio is magnificent and I’m not exaggerating: it’s absolutely spotless, the bathroom is incredibly clean, fantastic bed and pillows, nice and cosy. There’s a kitchen with everything you need, there’s coffee, tea, sugar, you’ve got a fridge, a massive TV, a wardrobe, a comfy sofa, even a sweets jar!!! I stayed there for 4 nights and I’m looking forward to coming back! My coffee never tasted as good as when I had it outside, in the sun, listening to the birds!

We had a wonderful time at Nicky’s place for New Years. The flat had everything we could possibly need, and more, and we felt spoiled. The kitchen was fully stocked, we had plenty of towels and blankets and the fridge even had some milk in for our arrival. Nicky was helpful, responsive and provided clear instructions for us to find the place amidst temporary road works, and everything went very smoothly. Would thoroughly recommend this stay. Thank you!

This place is absolutely wonderful. The views from the apartment are breathtaking, and I loved watching the wildlife in the garden and surrounding fields from the balcony. It’s a perfect base for exploring the Forest of Dean and just a short walk into Lydney (a bit uphill on the way back). The apartment is beautifully furnished, and the bed is extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend it.

Great host, location and flat. Only negative was heating wasn’t working which meant bathroom was very cold. However there were plenty of heaters around the rest of the house so more than made up and we were never cold otherwise. Highly recommended.

This is a really attractive and spacious 2 bed accommodation in the heart of Cheltenham. It is beautifully decorated and has all you need for a weekend. There is a great parking space round the back to avoid finding a spot on the road. The property is within easy reach of the town centre and Cheltenham’s fantastic shops and restaurants. Thoroughly recommended.

Excellent location close to shops and restaurants and the gorgeous hills. Lots of parking and the station was a short walk for trains to other towns. The flat was clean and comfortable and more spacious than I imagined. Excellent shower. Very good stay - thankyou.

Very handy for Cheltenham town centre and the races. Excellent place to stay

Fantastic place! As hosts ourselves, we're a little fussy but this did not dissapoint. Firstly, the view from the bedroom window was stunning 😍 and the location was perfect - a delightful walk to a historical Roman villa and another lovely walk down to the local pub. Waking up with freshly baked bread, having had a flexible check in, Hugh was very friendly (morning and night when we passed).... but the best part was waking up to the sound of birds and sheep, with views of the rolling Cotswold hills. It is easy to see why this place is so highly rated.

This is the second time I have stayed at Kay’s. Lovely accommodation, spacious and feels really cosy/homely. Plenty of parking and just a short walk into the town centre and all local amenities. I highly recommend!

The accommodation looked exactly like the photos. It suited the 2 of us and suited us with regard to location as the town centre was walkable. We got a little confused with the instructions to find the accommodation , but not sure if that was just us. A little confusion over the parking times but this was rectified. For us the check in times and check out are late and then early. We parked early and walked to the centre. Linen and towels were clean Hosts responsive . Definitely a great place to book if visiting Cheltenham and surrounding areas
