“Absolutely adored our stay at Trevors cabin this gone weekend. It’s spotlessly clean, so cosy, and feels luxurious despite its small stature. We were there during a storm and it was incredible listening to the wind and rain but not feeling in the slightest bit exposed. So lovely and warm inside and plenty of cushions and blankets to cuddle up with. We made pizza from scratch in the ovens - the hut has scales, jug, bowls so there’s everything you need for pizza apart from the ingredients. It was the perfect romantic get away in nature and ended up with us getting engaged! We’ve already planned to return for a mini honeymoon. Thanks Trevor!”
Quiet, spacious garden-facing double bedroom, with private bath/shower room, offering a warm and comfortable welcome. Just a couple of minutes’ walk from the village centre and an award winning pub which offers excellent meals together with a hearty breakfast. Garage, parking and bicycles are available. Pets welcome – I have a very friendly Dachshund. Additional bedrooms available on request.
“The quintessential English gentleman and home! Beautiful home, the room was comfortable. Just down (300 feet) the street is a pub which made things easier when getting acclimated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Colin is a great host and knows the area very well. Would stay here again!”

“Chose to stay here for a weekend away from the city. Provided perfect accommodation for 5 of us friends. The cottage is immaculate, the sofa is lovely and big (perfect for a chilled evening), the shower is hot and powerful. It’s very difficult to fault. The WiFi didn’t really work, but we weren’t expecting there to be any WiFi anyway based on the description. Great driving distance to the spa we like to visit. We drove to the local village for dinner one night and the food (including vegan options) there was great too. We will definitely be back again!”
