"Tuscan villa" light and bright in quiet location

My villa is ideally situated just 15 minutes from the Geelong CBD and the surf beaches of Ocean Grove and 13th Beach. Most of the outstanding wineries on the Bellarine are within 30 minutes, and 5 minutes away you have Melbourne's biggest water theme park Adventure World. We are also only 90 minutes from Melbourne and the Great Ocean Road is 2 hours away. The villa is free standing with quality fittings throughout and is in a very quiet location with everything you need to have a relaxing break.

A gravel pathway leads to the cottage's back entrance, framed by greenery and wooden decking. A fire pit, made from a barrel and resting on stone pavers, is positioned centrally, suggesting a cozy gathering spot for evenings outdoors.
