Monthly Rentals in Greater Toronto Area

Both Jeff and Trish were Great Hosts. Whenever I needed anything they provided it promptly. Both Jeff and Trish respected my privacy. All of My mail was delivered to me. I have stayed in many Airbnb's , almost all have been a good experience. This location though was my Favourite. So quiet at night. Big Rooms, Plenty of space. The Amenities were great. The Neighbourhood, Bloor West Village is terrific. Great Restaurants, Bars/Sports Pubs, Grocery Store - No-Frills, Shoppers Drug Mart, Dollorama, A Beautiful Old Stone Library, with free services. Subway Station within walking distance. I would Highly Recommend Jeff & Trish's place.

Sam is a great host definitely the most responsive and most helpful host I’ve had regardless of the circumstance. Pretty much everything went as smoothly as I’d hoped from day one, given the fact I planned to stay at this property for a brief month or so and ended up staying for 6 in total. The property could’ve been slightly cleaner such as the cutlery/dishes but the property itself was a solid 8-9/10. Whatever problems I had such as a broken refrigerator, Sam was immediately on it to resolve the issue. Would no doubt recommend Sam as a host👌

Quiet little place in a residential area in Scarborough. Neighborhood is peaceful and safe, with parks and convenience stores within a 8-10 walking distance. Also, some decent restaurants around. The stay itself was peaceful and I would surely recommend it for a single person who's looking for a private bathroom. Room is spacious, has a decent sized closet and a good work table . Overall would recommend it from a value standpoint.
