Monthly Rentals in Greater Vancouver A

Great place to stay if you're trying to hike in North Van. Super close to Mt. Fromme, Mt. Grosse, Lynn Headwaters, etc. Easy enough drive over to West Van (e.g. for Eagle Bluffs). As mentioned, they have kids so you'll hear some noise early morning, but this wasn't an issue for me at all. The family was in fact gone for the majority of my stay and I was an early riser for hiking.

The place was clean, appropriately furnished, and well stocked with living essentials like towels, cooking utensils, cleaning supplies etc. It is also pet-friendly, which was a major bonus. The unit isn't very quiet from noise in the hallway so sometimes my dog would get a bit startled, but besides that it was comfortable. Check-in was easy and the host(s) were very responsive. Only real criticism is the listing description stated there was "dedicated parking spot", but that isn't entirely accurate. There isn't a dedicated spot for the unit but several Reserved + Loading stalls outside for sharing that other tenants use too, so it was a "first-come, first-served" situation. Sometimes the "Reserved" were taken so I would park in "Loading" stalls but that didn't seem to be a problem with the building management (other cars did it too). Not deducting any stars on rating for this, but if you are travelling with a vehicle, it's something to be aware of.

It’s a lovely experience. Everything is exactly the same as description. Location is great. Even if you don’t drive, walk to bus stop or nearby restaurants and shops as close by Place is clean and host is responsive if u have any questions or problem. Great place and safe to stay as well. Nice for couples, business trip etc.
