Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Grebaštica

Had a fab couple of nights at Ivana's place. She met us at the apartment and gave some really helpful recommendations (would definitely suggest a visit to Gelateria Emiliana 🙂). Accomodation was in great condition and location was fab. In particular, we appreciated the beach towels so we could go for a swim! Thanks Ivana!

Very nice, clean place in the quiet village of Betina, everything worked out fine with the landlord, requests were handled immediately. Of course, at this time (November) there are not so many offers from restaurants, etc., but in Murter there are also very good restaurants at this time, and they are just a few minutes away. Anyway, great! Gerhard

We had a wonderful stay at Dijana’s place in Split from 1 May to 4 May 2025. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located-within easy walking distance to the historic city center and all the main attractions. Dijana was a fantastic and responsive host, making sure I had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The apartment was well-equipped, and the area was peaceful yet vibrant. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Split and would love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay here at House Petar. Toni contacted us ahead of time to check on our arrival and gave clear instructions to find his house. The house was spotless and roomy and the outside patio is spacious; excellent for outdoor dining. The house actually borders the sea and there is a wide, level walkway that leads into old town, about a 5 min very pleasant walk. All the amenities that you would need are within a 5min walk. Toni was also very helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and local beaches. Thanks Toni for a wonderful stay at House Petar. 😀

Before our stay, Sandro was already very welcoming, clear and correct. Our flight got delayed a couple of hours, but that was no problem for Sandro's brother-in-law, Ivan, who waited for us at the house. He was so incredibly kind to get us some food (and beers) to get through the first evening and morning, as all the shops were closed, due to our delayed flight. When we woke up the next morning, we couldn't believe the beauty of the view from the house. Having breakfast outside, while watching the sea, calms the nerves immediately. In a 5 minute walk you get to both sides of the peninsula. Where you can watch sunrise on one beach & sunset on the other one. A lot of beautiful bays are just minutes walking from the house. Both Ivan & Sandro were always available to help, even when our car battery broke down & electricity accidentally got cut off by road-workers. Best hosts we could have in this beautiful place! And great advice on restaurants & must-visits. We truly had a 5-star stay!

Very friendly and accommodating host. Respond quickly to all inquiries. The house is just like the pictures. Kitchen is especially well equipped Open all the smart cabinets you will find everything you need. Convenient and pleasantly decorated. The house is close to grocery store, bakery, butcher, good resturants, a local coffee shop and a bar. You reach beaches on both sides of the peninsula on foot. Short distance to Trogir. Split and Primosten within easy reach for a day trip. We are very happy with our stay. We appreciate that the place is in an area of Croatian daily life, not just for tourists. The apartment was ideal for our short stay. It is very well located (10 minutes walk from the old town), with a balcony which is worth experiencing! The view is amazing. Also, you can walk directly to the beach and have a super market super near (100 meters). Ana was a great host, always responsive, flexible and open to give us recommendations. If we come back to Hvar, we would definitely stay here again.

We was just for one night but I can highly recommend this host! It was great experience, we came and we have everything prepared very nice. Calm place, nearby centrum. I can only say good things about place and Host! amazing

very comfortable stay, short walk from the front with restaurants and shops. her parents were helpful showing us how the hob worked and provided vegetables from their garden.

We had such a wonderful time staying here. It's about a 30 minute walk to the centre of Split, which is absolutely magical. But sometimes just sitting outside or in the hottub and staring at the beautiful scenery was enough for us. Such a wonderful luxurious experience - and a very special thanks to Katarina who was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.

Tea has been one of the best hosts I've ever had! Kind, considerate, helpful and very friendly. They even share their food with you! 🥰 The place is like heaven! Beautiful view, very private and quiet but also very close to the centre. The walk to the beach or to the town, both beautiful. Hvar is a pretty, clean and safe island. I would recommend Tea's place to everyone, don't hesitate to book! And I'll certainly be back here! Thank you Tea and your husband for everything ❤️

A beautiful space to stay. Very clean. A distant view of the water with peaceful spots to sit outside. Comfy bed, great shower. Close to Split airport. Would stay again if I go to Croatia again!

Ana’s apartment is great for switching off, relaxing and taking in the beautiful view. It was perfect for me as I had a car and know Split well, so I was able to get into the city easily. It was also great for running - there is a path from the apartment to the old town and harbour, and back again. The standout here is the view and sunrise wake up. Just what I was looking for, thank you

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

We spent three fantastic days on Hvar. Frane was a fantastic host. He messaged us a couple of days before arrival and offered to help us with luggage from the ferry. This was appreciated as it is a few minutes climb up steps to the apartment which has a tremendous view. It's only 5 or 6 minutes from the promenade and nearest beach but is in a peaceful area. The apartment is extremely nice. Kitchen had just been refurbished and is fully equipped for self catering. The living room seemed larger than shown in the photo. The balcony view is incredible and is south facing so has the sun almost all day. Frane gave us some helpful information as we arrived and was responsive when we had any question but otherwise left us alone. But on departure day he again helped us with luggage. All in all perfect accommodation with an excellent host.

Very friendly and helpful host. Clean and well-equipped apartment. Large outdoor area with fantastic views, which is mostly in the shade thanks to the Mediterranean orchard. 5 minutes from the nearest swimming area and a short drive to many beautiful beaches.

Amazing accommodation.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor on a hill above Sibenik. Everything was as described. We had a great stay! The apartment was large and extremely clean. From there you can walk to the center of the old town within 5 minutes. The balcony is nice and quiet and you have a great view of the city. Anita is a very nice and dear hostess. She picked us up by car from the parking lot, as you cannot park in the streets near the apartment or it is better not to. She gave us many tips for the area and the city. We will be happy to come back ❤️

Bojan's flat was easy to find, clean, and had an amazing location! I would definitely rent again!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in this great apartment. Everything was sparkling clean and there was everything you need for daily use (detergent, dishwashing tabs, cleaning utensils...). The kitchen is super equipped and also has a dishwasher. The hosts are very friendly and we felt like we were on vacation with friends. The sea is only a few steps away and you can always find a free spot. In 10-15 minutes, you can walk to 2 supermarkets and some good restaurants. Razanj is a small paradise that we would love to return to! Thanks again for everything to Vedran, Maja and Tiho!!!!!! Manuela & Matteo

Great location, a quiet area right beside a beach and two supermarkets, but also only a 10 minutes coastal walk into the heart of the town. Vesna was a great host!
