It has all the modern amenities (autonomous heating, air conditioning, smart TV), with a fully equipped kitchen and an anatomic mattress for a relaxing and comfortable sleep. It is located in the old town of Kastoria, Doltsos, and is a few minutes from the center.

The studio and its large terrace offers panoramic view of the lake, the castle, the traditional settlement, the city and the mountains. All the monuments and museums of the city are within a 10-minute walk. There are cafes and restaurants in the area. A little further is the lively pedestrian street of the old market.

The house is in a very quiet area of the village overlooking the bridge of Alfios and the plateau of Megalopolis. It has 2 fireplaces, a spacious living room and high-ceilinged bedrooms. At the entrance there is a courtyard with shade from a large walnut tree and vines.
