Monthly Rentals in Green Island

Charming, quiet, easy stay for our family of two adults and two teens, a 6-minute drive from RPI. (One teen ended up sleeping on the sofa, and the host kindly accommodated that with an extra sheet and blanket.) Some of the surrounding houses look a little run down, which made for some uncertainty when we first arrived after dark, but the neighborhoods around the RPI campus seemed fine and walkable. We parked at the front curb without issues. If you’re craving Korean food, Sunhee’s place downtown fits that bill. The two bedrooms were surprisingly large. The kitchen is small but functional; we appreciated the provided quality coffee grounds, both caf and decaf, and the peaceful woods view out the back. The bathroom was just the right size, with fluffy clean white linens.

I can’t say enough how much these hosts went above or beyond. Before I checked in the window had been left open and it was very cold. The hosts came and made sure the heat was adjusted for comfort. They went above and beyond for comfort. Check in was very easy, the hosts were communicative, the rental was immaculately clean, and as advertised. I wanted to extend the previous one I had, but it was already booked. They offered me the one they had next door in the same building which just as nice as the previous. I will definitely stay again 💜
