Enjoy a getaway to this charming historic waterfront home. Sip a glass of wine, a cup of Joe, or a refreshing cool drink from the 36 ft deck overlooking the Hudson River and Mario Cuomo Bridge beautifully lit up each evening. **PLEASE read everything in the description of "The Space" and "Other Things to Note" before booking. Please note: Drive, walkway and entrance accessible to full size wheelchair (see photos) however the bathroom is not accessible to a wheelchair. Guest must have ability to enter and maneuver the bathroom on thier own.

Perfect for going kayaking, paddle boarding or just stay relaxing in the backyard. It is located at 5 minutes walking distance from the train station and 7 minutes away from downtown. Bus stop in front of the house. The house has a lower level that mostly is occupied by the host and sometimes with guests.
