Monthly Rentals in Greenmount

The place grew on us over our stay and suited our need for space and several beds for the family. We were a little disappointed in the lack of cleanliness and tidiness for example, the leaves at the front door, was messy, piled up and there was many cobwebs. There is a tree house where by no means is suitable for anyone to be using it, maybe would be safer to pull it down and I found it unusual for an Airbnb not to have full bathroom accessories such as full containers of hand wash and body wash. Most of the windows didn't shut properly. The back decking balustrade was not connected to the house and a child's high chair was placed to hide this safety issue. It was also disappointing that we had to find the cleaning products to clean the outside table as it was thick with dirt and we had to wipe over the benches and dishwasher as this was not cleaned properly. However Tamieka's Place worked well once we settled in. Maybe some TLC is needed to spruce up the place for Airbnb purposes.

Lovely little unit with everything you need. Well located if you like getting out and adventuring in the hills and national parks. The place is private and perfectly comfortable!

We had a great stay at Fabian's place. The sunsets were beautiful and a nightly ritual! We felt very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Fabian even provided a new toaster the next day when we discovered the original one wasn't working. The home is very private with beautiful views and many options for sitting outside and enjoying the view and birds! Fabian was always responsive, and provided many local tips as well. We spent hours walking on the old railway trail just down the hill- what a beautiful national park just a few mins walk away! We definitely recommend this airbnb!
