Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border is Nettetal with the district of Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The original flora and fauna typical of the landscape can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The motorway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen Train Station is about 7 km away. From there you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. The rooms (38 m2) are located on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living room/bedroom, kitchen, storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. Washing machine and dryer can be shared for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people possible at an extra cost. Reservations only with ID verified.

Secluded forest hut in the middle of nature. The hut can be reached by car. Can't be reached by public transport. Cozy furnishings, with fireplace, wood should be brought by yourself. The cottage has household equipment with good standard access and grounds natural. Welcome are all guests who want to enjoy nature and tranquility and respect the nature protection. Instruction and key handover are only possible in German language. Smoking is not allowed.

Our farm is located in the countryside and invites you to take walks along the Niers. We are therefore not easily accessible by public transport.

The location of the accommodation is central and quiet, in the neighborhood there are small and local supply stores (baker, butcher, pharmacy, supermarket). The accommodation is a good starting point to discover the region of the Lower Rhine with its sights.

Comfortable apartment on the Sturmhof

Since 1987, we have been calling this beautiful, listed farm our home, which we have independently renovated and restored with a lot of love and commitment. Our dogs, a flock of chickens and geese, as well as several horses and ponies, who are allowed to spend their twilight years here, live with us. We would like to welcome you as our guests in our newly completely renovated apartment on our Sturmhof!
