Villa vacation rentals in Grefrath

We know Munstergeleen well, so easy for us to find. However worth telling new visitors that house is on one way street. Just one minute walk to local shop, Plus. Lots of lovely walks, or you could cycle. Bus also from nearby. Owner next door met us and gave us the key and explained how things work. Apartment has been renovated very nicely. Kitchen area has brand new induction hob, coffee maker, large fridge, dishwasher and cooker we didn’t use. There’s plentiful supply of pots and pans and crockery of good quality. Brand new bathroom has shower with waterfall and movable shower heads ( big plus for women) Comfortable bed and plenty storage for clothes in wardrobe. Outside there’s a patio and seating area ( not used as winter) We chose because family live nearby, and didn’t need to have our own transport. Other visitors would need a car to get around the wider area. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the apartment and only cooked breakfast.

We spent a night after a long drive, I can tell you that finding the super clean house is a real luxury! Everything was nice, easy to access, spacious, very comfortable bedding a 10/10. I will return if I stay in Germany again. Thank you! It may be missing a small armchair on the ground floor to put us all down together 😄 See you soon!

We are very grateful that we were able to book for the same day even though it was a holiday. Booking was very straightforward. We were greeted with sandwich and prosecco, and this at 11pm at night. This was just the right thing after our spontaneous long trip. Thanks again.

We were 3 couples and enjoyed the stay very much, very clean, very quiet, everything was available. Sabrina is a wonderful host, she was very accommodating to me. I can only recommend this place!

Stayed here with my company colleagues for Gamescom convention and it was spectacular. The house is beautiful and modern while retaining the charm of the German countryside. Easily accessible walking paths to the town and forest made this idea for us as we didn’t have a car.

The communication with Joyce was straightforward and friendly. On site, we found everything exactly as stated in the description. The huge property is just inviting for family vacations. Shopping for everyday needs is easily accessible on foot. Especially with the number of rooms, it is practically sufficient to have enough parking space. We also found these. We had a great time at Villa Issum and can recommend the accommodation with a clear conscience.

We had a lovely long weekend with our family of 9 people with adult children plus dog in the beautiful, special house of Annette and Oscar. We were given a tour of the house and the huge garden upon arrival. We felt right at home! Oscar and Annette were always in a pleasant way in the background for questions. We cycled, hiked and looked at Arce's gardens. In short, highly recommended!

We had a midweek with the family. The villa is beautiful, exactly as in the pictures. The park on which it is located is beautiful, uncluttered and there is plenty to do. Check-in at the desk also went smoothly and we got plenty of explanations about the park and the area. Both grandparents and grandchildren had a great time. Both in and outside the villa. We were 15 people but it didn't feel like we were all inside. Together, but also some private space. We would book again soon.

I stayed here with a large group for a new years meet. Communication with the host was proactive and positive. He was very welcoming and we had no issues over our stay. The location is good if you have a car or dont plan to go to the city. Thank you to our host, you were really chill with us and we appreciate it.

Very nice complex. We liked the park very much and we felt comfortable in the accommodation. Very well equipped.

Everything was nice. But the beds can be of higher quality, they are not comfortable and make noise.

Super modern small house with nice quality furniture. The highlight is the Terrasse with lake view and the sauna.

We rented a tent over Easter and had a nice time overall. The surrounding area is ideal for children – lots of nature, space to play and a really family atmosphere. Especially the barbecue in the evening was a lot of fun and contributed to the relaxed atmosphere. A few small things could be improved: the shower was in need of repair and the internet connection was unfortunately not reliable. Also, it got quite cold at night – so you should prepare well if you stay there this time of year. Still a great spot for families who want to enjoy a bit of nature and camping together

Super nice, modern and well-kept cottage in absolutely quiet surroundings - the park is an absolute dream especially for families with children! There are safe, fenced playgrounds on every corner, the pool is great and there is everything you need for everyday life on the premises. 😊 The house itself has not only met but exceeded our expectations and was optimal for us (4 adults and 3 children aged 5 months to 3 years)! We didn't lack anything. We will be happy to come back!

I had a fantastic experience. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was also good its close to Germany and not to far from the big cities , with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a great place to stay during their travels.

It was very nice there. We felt comfortable and enjoyed the WE. Especially at every bungalow a playground. A reunion is not excluded . I highly recommend it, especially for families with kids . We say thank you for the lovely stay and say see you soon :-)

My mother and I stayed at the villa in Sweikhuizen for a week. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts and there was a welcome package ready for us. From here we explored the area and made trips to Aachen, Maastricht, Valkenburg and Belgium. A good base. The kitchen is fully equipped and the beds are good. There is heated from two A/C'but when you set it to a fixed temperature, the temperature throughout the house is pleasant.
