For activities there is a beautiful large garden with a forest swing, free steam sauna, outdoor shower and tub, a standup paddle, a paddle boat and 4 bicycles.

Our extraordinary and very spacious apartment (180 sqm) is located in a renovated store in the heart of the old town. It can accommodate 6 adults. The open ground floor with kitchen, living area, dining area, library, guest toilet and terrace invites you to relax. The first floor houses 3 large bedrooms, one of them with bathroom ensuite, as well as 1 further bathroom. In two of the bedrooms, a baby bed or a folding bed for larger children can be set up (€10/ extra bed/ night).

The beaches of Usedom, Lubmin and also Rügen are easily accessible by car. Enjoy the vastness of nature, socializing in the spacious house and on the property or the cultural offerings of the nearby town of Greifswald. The house half offers 120 square meters of living space on two full floors.

My place is close to Greifswald. 220m2 cottage right on the water for max. 12 people. Between Stralsund and Greifswald, the islands of Rügen and Usedom with their wide sandy beaches can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The tenants have a rowing boat on site and a sauna in the sauna house from Feb 2018. You'll love my place because of pure nature and pure peace, no traffic, the waterfront location unique. Our house is good for family and groups.
