A Beautiful Cottage, in American barn board & battern red, very quaint. inside, is beautifully decorated, furniture is cosy and the beds and linen excellent quality. A lovely selection of breakfast goodies, and also our favourite, a provided barbecue & outdoor seating. So quiet and peaceful here, yet walking distance to the beautiful Greytown Village. We would definately recommend this beautifully appointed cottage to others.

We just loved this historic cottage. So beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The weather was quite cool in the mornings and evenings so we were able to light the fire, which made it so cosy. Thank you for the many extra touches - like the chocolates, food for breakfast and I loved how you had a history of the cottage in the binder. I would stay here again.

Studio 22 was like staying in someone's luxury house rather than rented accommodation. The space is the front half of a beautiful old villa, with lots of privacy and off-street parking. The decor, furnishings and linen were all top quality and the chocolates, juice and flowers were lovely additions. There was plenty of space, a modern bathroom and comfortable bed. The kitchenette was cleverly hidden in a cupboard and was well stocked, but cooking options were limited. There was plenty of choice to eat out though, and we enjoyed The Offering cafe and Clareville Bakery. Studio 22 was an easy walk to town and we spent a very relaxing three days here.
