Family-friendly vacation rentals in Grindsted

We were a family of four that stayed at Yves place. The place is extremely comfortable to stay at and it is close to all the attractions and activates that you want to do (legoland, lalandia, wow park, givskuld zoo and etc). It is beautiful on the outside and inside. Our kids loved the place. It was easy to communicate with Yves when we had questions. If you are going to the area with kids, select Yves place.. you won't be disappointed.

Really nice place, everything was practically furnished, we quickly found our way around. Very quiet and separate location as it is surrounded by bushes and trees. The way to the beach is not far and quickly reached. However, the dune could be a challenge for people with disabilities.

The house is perfect, with the most beautiful views of surrounding countryside and amazing sunsets from the patio. We stayed here with our two children, who loved playing in the garden. My son especially loved the trampoline, zip line and visiting the chickens in the evening. We visited Legoland, Lego House, Wow Park and Lalandia - all within a 30 min drive of the house. Also visited the beach at Tirsbæk Strand which was lovely. The house was a perfect place to relax after busy days out. Michael was a great host, always quick to reply to any questions we had. We hope to stay again in the future.

It was the perfect stay ever! The owner was so kind with hospitality. The environment was perfect, for a refreshing stay surrounded by nature. We enjoyed BBQ, walk in the field, and a quite stay. Thank you so much.

Simply fantastic - it leaves nothing to be desired. We had a fantastic stay at Hanne's and we really didn't miss anything. The house is simply beautiful, super located (a stone's throw over the dunes to the sea) with a great garden including fireplace. The interior is also very appealing and everything is super clean - we felt immediately comfortable! The welcome package (fruit, wine and sweets) was the lovely "icing on the cake" - in summary: absolutely recommended!!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view, location were wonderful. Also the accommodation itself was lovely and well equipped. However, we would not describe them as luxurious, but rather slightly above average. If we had to complain a bit, it was (only) ok clean on arrival. Single dishes were dirty in the closet, for example, several cups and glasses had cracks and, for example, the bathtub was not clean. In the sauna, the number of sauna bins could be increased. We still felt very comfortable and definitely recommend the place!

Communication with Hans was quick, direct and straightforward. All concerns and questions were processed and answered in no time. He was also on site to welcome us. The house looks a bit bigger than it actually is due to the many rooms in the listing, but for us it was big enough anyway, there were only three of us there. If you arrive with a lot of people it could be a bit "cuddly". The amenities were as described, nothing was missing. Induction hob, fridge and kitchen in general are new. Our personal highlight were the trampoline (for our little daughter the hit!) and for my wife and I the sauna, which is just right for 2-4 people and gets hot very quickly due to its size. All in all, a great house with a great host!

We had a very nice time. The house is as described and very welcoming , we felt very comfortable right away. Lis&Freddy were available at any time if we had any questions and responded very kindly. We didn't miss anything, it has everything you need. We would definitely come back. From the house to the entire stay, we rate everything with 5 stars. Everything is thought out down to the smallest detail and furnished with a lot of love and craftsmanship. There are always new things to discover in the garden

We loved staying at Nefer's - although it was a short stay, it felt like home from home for a night after staying in a couple of strictly functional hotels. There is plenty of space, especially for just two people - technically there is only one bedroom, but there is a second door separating it and the bathroom from the living room, so whoever is staying there has some privacy. It was great to be able to access Netflix on the TV to watch an evening movie. The kitchen had everything we needed - microwave, hob, toaster, crockery and cutlery, as well as a few food/coffee supplies - Nefer's complimentary jam was a lovely touch. The bathroom was also up to standard with a good shower and plenty of hot water. All in all a great little place in the heart of Ribe and a good base from which to explore with everything within walking distance. Many thanks Nefer!

Had very nice days in Anne's stay. Extremely friendly people, with a beautiful garden with chickens, fresh vegetables and delicious herbs. We were surprised every day with fresh vegetables from our own garden. Highly recommended. And especially if you are a music lover, we were allowed to use the music system and record players.

We stayed at Anne's house for 2 weeks, with our 2 dogs. The house is a little alternative, which we love. The large garden is fenced, the fence about 80 cm high. The Baltic Sea is about a 5-minute walk. We felt very comfortable! The only thing we were missing was a few hangers or a closet. Funen is worth a trip!

A small place to relax, right on the beach and water, with all the amenities it needs. Thanks!

We spent wonderful days with Helle and Jan with autumn hikes on the beaches, through forests and along the many fields. The house is quietly located, the views are great and the hosts are very friendly. We felt very comfortable, would have liked to stay longer and would be happy to come back. The property is also very suitable for colder days or nights. Thank you!!

We had an enchanting time staying at the place. The location is really unique and beautiful in all directions. The accommodation is modest but very well equipped - there is not necessarily much storage space but this is due to the manageable size and also perfectly fine. Helle is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be back and are very happy to have found this great place.

Our stay was wonderful and this place is big enough for 8 people’s everything of your need was there. The team is very responsive and friendly. The surrounding was beautiful .

We stayed at Petra’s place for Christmas holidays and Petra was so kind that she decorated the house for us. The place is a typical Danish summerhouse and has everything you need. The area is quiet and pleasant.

Really great and modern place to stay. Well heated and very clean. So happy to come back. All guests were very satisfied.

It was wonderfully calm and relaxed! Were only two in the house and can fully recommend it. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the beach or sea (great sunrises!), to the nearest supermarket ten minutes by car. By the way, electricity meter is outside next to the front door, water meter by the hot tub, in case someone is also looking for a little longer;) Thanks for the nice time!
