We really enjoyed staying at Damir's place. He is a very friendly and helpful host. Even before our stay, communication went very well and on site he gave us many tips. We (5 adults, 2 children and a dog) were accommodated in two apartments - a larger one and a smaller one where everything was available for daily use. In addition, everything was clean and in order. Damir lives with his family directly above, so was always available to us and yet we had our privacy. The house has a spacious and well-kept property with pool right outside the door, ample parking and a great barbecue area with covered and illuminated seating, which we have often and gladly used. Thank you Damir for letting us spend our vacation with you and your family!

From the moment we stepped into the apartment, it was immediately apparent that the photos online did absolute justice to the place – it looked exactly as depicted! The pool and whirlpool facilities were exceptional, providing the perfect oasis to unwind and relax. The cleanliness of the apartment was notably impeccable, and we constantly found ourselves in awe of how well-maintained everything was. Moreover, the ambiance was incredibly cozy, making it feel like a true home away from home.

Very kind hosts, very good German. Beautiful location of the spacious complex, very clean (also the pool) and tastefully furnished and built, with attention to detail. You can tell that host has planned here for their own later retirement home. All in all, a hit, would go back in a moment. Handling without problems and on time according to our time wishes, no surprises at all!

Accommodation was great, the location was a little off the beaten path, but the city of Crikvenica was easily accessible by car in a few minutes. The private pool is an absolute recommendation and it was also very nice in the evening with great ambiance just to sit in the pool corner and relax. All in all highly recommended!

recommended accommodation for a large group of friends or family perfect amenities. hyper-functional appliances . abundance of fridge spaces and kitchen utensils (always comfortable in summer) nearby towns are easily accessible ( apart from the obvious codes of Croatian August). beach 1.5 km (difficult to reach on foot. ) Caribbean Dina was kind and also gave us a lot of suggestions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment and highly recommend it! The cleanliness was really outstanding, everything was sparkling clean and welcoming. The contact with the landlords was extremely friendly and helpful, the entire handling was straightforward and smooth. We were particularly enthusiastic about the modern design of the apartment, which is very tastefully decorated. An absolute highlight was the great pool and beautiful garden, which invite you to relax and enjoy. We would come back anytime!

One of the absolute best Airbnb we have stayed in after 3 months away from home. This felt like home. Spacious and well equipped. Thoughtful hosts live on site upstairs but place screening on balconies to guarantee privacy, These hosts do everything right even setting the pool to your preferred temperature. No hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Our stay at Zdenko's place in Opatija was absolutely exceptional! The house is modern, spacious, and very practically furnished. We found everything we could possibly need – from a hairdryer, iron, microwave, oven, to even a crib and toys for our one-year-old daughter. The on-site pool was an added bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable. Our small dog was also warmly welcomed by the hosts and had no trouble joining us on our vacation. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and always ready to help in any situation. They even surprised my wife with a small gift for her birthday, which made our stay even more special. We felt right at home. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

For check-in and checkout we were welcomed by Luana and her son Giuseppe. Very happy with this stay in Croatia. Everything is done to allow us to discover the city and its surroundings. We enjoyed the setting and the calm! Recommended without hesitation.

Everything matches when described and the photos. Slightly outside the center in a quiet area but everything can be easily reached by foot (shops, sea...). Possibility of barbecue and pool. Everything is great!

Beautiful accommodation with fantastic sea views. Especially the hot tub was a dream in not so warm weather in April. The property is saturated with everything you need. Ivan was very warmly welcomed and was always ready for questions. There were a number of tips on the area in advance. The private tennis court, sauna and bookable massages ask extra luxury. We would definitely book again and again.

The contact with Josipa was super friendly and accommodating. Also the house was in good condition, the outdoor area was very new. Twice a week someone came to clean the pool. Everything was available on site and even more than described. The house inside is exactly like the pictures. Thanks to Josipa and her husband for the nice welcome, the uncomplicated handling and thus for the great holiday :-)

Very pleasant stay in a quiet area. Beautifully cared for stay with very friendly and caring owners. Highly recommended. Too bad about the sometimes too busy coastal region, but with the tips of the owners, you can circumvent this. Seeing Croatia by boat is absolutely recommended. Away from the crowds and a very nice area. A fun vacation guaranteed.

Absolute quality host. From us a 10 out of 10! We had a short stay, yet we felt like we were in a little paradise. The house is very clean and everything new, there is nothing missing. Outside, a beautiful terrace with pool awaited us, which is cleaned every day. A barbecue area for nice evening hours with food together is also available. Even a small area for children, with a swing and slide. The hosts are very friendly and we felt at home. Gordan her husband and daughter are such a friendly family and we will come back again. It was a super nice guest house, very clean and good located.

We were here at the beginning of September with a total of 7 adults, 4 children between 1.5 and 5 years and a baby. The house, the outdoor area and the complete equipment are at a very high level, everything is in a very good condition, works and is very clean. Internet/Wifi is very good with a large cover even on the outside. Everything is there to accommodate even larger groups. We used the barbecue and the covered dining area outside almost daily. It is the ideal house if you don't want to leave for a day or another or the other or just take a smaller hike at the doorstep. The road up to the house is thoroughly tarred and is also no problem with a camper. You have a magnificent view over the sea and it is very quiet up there. The owner is extremely friendly and accommodating. We were a little too early and even got a welcome drink:-) We can highly recommend the house especially for large families or for groups of friends.

The house was a dream to be in. We spent the 7th New Year's Eve and enjoyed our time at Ana's place incredibly. The house is perfectly equipped with towels bathrobes, drinks and wine as well as a bottle of champagne. The sauna and the jacuzzi are super fun especially in winter and have beautified our stay even more. There really isn't anything to complain about. Ana is incredibly nice and comes in person for arrival and before departure and is always available. The house is incredibly well decorated and really no wishes remain unfulfilled. We will definitely return in any case. 🫶🏼
