Guests can enjoy walking the green forest park Marjan, located 800 meters from the apartment. Poljud Stadium is 900 meters away and the Bacvice beach 1 km. In every moment when guests need something the host is avelable. Peaceful surrounding even though it's in the city centre. Apartment is in the center so it's possible to acces anything by foot. Island of Šolta is small peaceful island close to the Split city and it is very well connected with ferry and catamaran lines every day. Apartment is newly renovated and it is situated in a beautiful old stone house on the ground floor,first floor and second floor (attic) so whole house is for our guests. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen,tavern, living room and balcony.4 people sleep in bedrooms and 2 more in pull-out sofa in the living room. Apartment also features: Cable TV(over 40 programs), Air condition, shower, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Wi-Fi internet, hair dryer, radio, towels, cutlery and kitchenware... Donje Selo is small village situated inland. Nearest beach is 1.5 km away. By car you can go on other places on island and go to the beaches, restaurants, shops. The island is ideal for a relaxing or active holiday like walking, jogging, cycling, sea trips etc. There is possibility for trips on a small islands close to Maslinica by a boat that your host will be very glad take you to trip. There is parking available for your car.

Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Villa Marin is situated in the first row by the sea. Pool is 8x4x1,4 meters. You can enjoy beautiful blue sea from all rooms. In June 2017. was finished the complete reconstruction of the interior and exterior. There's a sofa in the living room which can become very comfortable place to sleep for two persons ( 200x160 cm ). There's one couple-bedroom ( 200x180 cm ). Each of other two bedroomshave two beds which can be separated as needed. The area of the villa and the enviroment is 600 m2.

Isolated Paradise

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 40 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

It is surrounded by pine forest and an olive grove, one minute's walk from a small, secluded beach for you. The estate itself is 5 km (3 miles) away from a small, picturesque fishing port of Milna, and the road that leads to the estate is half tarmac half dirt road 2,5 km.
