Only stayed one night! The gîte is located at the end of long minor road surrounded by beautiful countryside. The building is a very old stone built farmhouse with the original fireplace and beams. Modernised tastefully with large patio doors to front and rear making the kitchen/ dining/ lounge very light. Comfortable, well equipped and quiet. Large ground floor bedroom with a comfortable bed. Large bathroom with wet room shower and bath. Large screened courtyard to the front with parking and a large rear garden with open rural views. Great base to explore the area around Auray. Would return and would recommend.

Nathalie allowed us to drop off our luggage before accessing the accommodation which allowed us to visit the island as soon as we arrived. Welcoming host, attentive to guests' needs. We had a pleasant stay with the family at Gaetan's. The location of the house is ideal and central, for exploring the whole island. The house and garden are very clean and nice Communication is easy and enjoyable. We were able to drop off our luggage, before taking possession of the house and upon our departure, before taking the boat back. Which allowed us to enjoy Groix, longer.

Second time we come and the place is really great for a couple. The sea view is amazing, the walks great. There are plenty of restaurants or bars, but honestly, when you have a terrace with a view like this, there's no point in going to lock yourself in a restaurant. We'll definitely be back occasionally because we loved the place.

We had a great time in Maximilien's cocoon! The decor is great, the accommodation is impeccable, comfortable and very well equipped. Communication with Maximilien went very well and he provided us with good places. The apartment is located a few minutes walking from the center of Carnac city. The hot tub is a nice plus!

We had a great evening with mother and daughter in this apartment, Accessible very simply (parking space in front of the door), superb beach crossing the road, all shops very close by. The terrace and the view are beautiful! I slept in the sofa bed (it's often the big black dot of the airbnbs = not here at all) it was very comfortable! Everything was done to make it simple! Honestly at the top! We'll be back!
